GoogleHaving 1.5 years as a tenant under this agency, I was unable to get almost any repairs done, leaving me to repair the property. This was mainly due to a very poor landlord however the inconsistencies and lack of communication were things that Jordan Fishwick's absolutely failed on. This would have been a 1 star review had it not been for Chelsea Madden who was absolutely fantastic even after they stopped managing the property.

GoogleWe have owned and let an apartment in Sale while living in Ireland. Jordan Fishwick have provided us with a good service over the past number of years. Necessary repairs have been arranged efficiently and at reasonable cost. Good Tenants have been found. Recently, JF helped us in selling the apartment. Efficient, professional, friendly. GoogleI have just sold my property through Jordan Fishwick and had a mixed experience. Communication was always prompt and I got quick replies to emails although the information itself was often confusing or inaccurate. We were told to go with a cash buyer initially as JF advised me my house would be under valued by a mortgage company at some of the offers I received. This sale fell through (no fault of JF). After we'd agreed an offer from another buyer, who I showed round the house myself at 6pm on a Friday, there was no mention of potential undervaluation - apparently this was not a problem any more. We got the feeling they were acting more for the original buyer than us at this point. The sale to the second buyers nearly fell through again however, as the agents we bought with were told by staff at Jordan Fishwick that my sale was only at the survey stage several months in, when in fact the buyers had had a mortgage approved and searches were completed. This led to a lot of unnecessary stress as our sellers understandably panicked and nearly pulled the plug. Having been in contact with JF almost daily after this to chase exchange, I was contacted 24 hours before completion to ask if the contracts had been exchanged - when JF had been cc'ed into everything. A good estate agent if you know your sale will be problem free - not so great if you want reliable/accurate service and advice during the often very stressful process, especially as the seller. I was very grateful I had an excellent solicitor to see the sale through at crucial points.NegativeQuality

Hi Joanna, We appreciate all feedback, but a little surprised here as we felt we did a good job for you, and you emailed us to thank us. Unfortunately, some sales do fall through but we agreed a new sale straight away for £10,000 over the asking price. We chased the sale through to exchange, in a timely 10 weeks. GoogleAbsolutely rubbish to deal with. I arranged for a booking of a property and turned up on the date and time given to me. There was nobody there. I rang the office and they said they never sent a confirmation for the booking. Which was a lie. There is no communication between their team. I wasted my time to get to the property and this is what I get. Absolutely incompetent staff. I explained to them what had happened over the phone. Very unprofessional manner and not apologetic or sympathetic at all. They completely disregarded everything that had happened and said they won't be taking anymore viewings without giving a reason and put the phone down. Shame on them. Absolutely incompetent and no manners whatsoever. Rubbish customer service. Very hard to deal with. They urgently need a change of staff

Hi Sarah, I'm sorry you thought there was a viewing arranged, as always, you would have received a confirmation text and email if the viewing was confirmed, which you didn't. However, we did make sure that the next day we went out of our way to fit you in to view, so I'm a little bit confused as to why we were so difficult to deal with?

GoogleCritical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Not happy at all with this agency, trying to put an offer in to buy a property, they required information and I provided all the information needed, and in the end even they didn’t call me to say my offer has been rejected, as sb else has offered much more than me, but when asked how much more was the other offer, he refused to tell me, shame on these people working here, and really doesn’t recommend to anyone buying or selling from this guys! GoogleWe sold our house with Jordan Fishwick in Wilmslow. It was listed mid July 2021. We hoped to be able to complete the sale before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. They came to value our house, listed it and within around 2 weeks we had an offer at just under full asking price. Any question I emailed about, Chris always got back to me within a couple of hours with the answer. The communication was brilliant, always clear meaning we knew where we stood in the process. On the rare occasion he didn't have the answer, it was quickly found out and relayed to me. With out a doubt Jordan Fishwick have provided the best Estate agent experience for us, to date.
