AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I am heavily pregnant and was physically and verbally attacked by the staff member due to me trying to retrieve a parcel from old flat unacceptable and disgusting not the way to treat anyone even if it’s an old tenant.

Attempting to move to England after accepting a job (I am in another country currently). Called the office and staff was very rude and unhelpful in my situation. Told them I had no one in the UK and couldn't get there until I was moving, the man was very aggressive and unhelpful. Do not recommend for non UK residents.

I booked a viewing of a property on the same day it was published and arranged a viewing for the very next day. On the next day I got a text at 9:30am to let me know the property had been let and so the viewing was cancelled. What a waste …

1. For many months a faulty fire alarm was beeping but they didn't change it and ignored the tenant. Major safety breach. 2. Keep changing the end of tenancy amount owned trying to rip us off. Maybe because English isn't our first language?! For example, - double charging the same item (removing a table), - charging wrongly in the first place (table was there when they arrived) - they never provided a photo inventory on moving in - place was dirty on move in, we cleaned it impeccably, but agency wants to charge 165 for deep clean - bathroom fan was on constantly throughout tenancy (no window in bathroom) but agency wants to charge 55 for sanding down etc We were tenants with them and we categorically advise to stay away from them. Pretty sure they're just taking the Mick thinking people won't bother to argue or go to court over unfair fees just because they're new to Britain.

We had multiple viewings last year and finally purchased a property through Jordan Fishwick in September. Throughout the whole process they are there with you, keeping you upto date and really taking their time to understand your requirements. In my opinion dealing with Jordan fishwick was much smoother than dealing with similar estate agents in the area, they also treat you as a human, and not an opportunity to make a sale. Big shout out to Josh, thanks mate! Extra shout out to Maura who was also a great support 👏🏿
