GoogleThe staff at Jordan Fishwick in Wilmslow made the process of selling my flat very easy. As a 'first time seller' they explained the process every step of the way and kept me informed of developments. I can't thank them enough for making a stressful process as simple as possible.

GoogleYou better be quick to reply. Otherwise they will pass you over in an instant.... So myself and my partner found the perfect property advertised via Jordan Fishwick Chorlton After trying to contact the main LET agent on multiple occasions a few weeks ago and getting only voicemail. We eventually had to go through the sales phone line. And got a place to see the property. We saw the property with no problem. But the agent at the door assured us it was not a first come first serve situation. And that the landlord would decide via a resume system. Which was perfectly fine. Today. My partner got an email stating that we had got the property. This was at 11:14 AM, My partner was in a business meeting. Within that time the letting agent had called her twice over the 25 minutes she was in said meeting. And obviously my partner couldn't answer. Once the meeting was done she sent a reply back at 11:41. This was only 25 minutes from the email saying we got the property. My partner then proceeded to ring not just the letting agents number. But the office number at Chorlton to no avail up until 11:55. At 11:55 my partner sent another email. Stating she was free for the rest of the day and can be contacted. She continued to try and ring the letting agent. At 12:46 she received another email from the letting agent. Stated that due to the delay we had lost the property to another tenant. So due to the letting agent. Not responding to the Emails. And not responding to her phone. And no one picking up in the office. We had lost out on the property we both really wanted, I will also say that i was also available to be contacted throughout the day. And Jordan fishwick had me in their system and knew i was applying along side my partner. And then failed to contact myself via phone or email. When it was more than possible to do so. We get that there's competition for these properties. But giving people less than 30 minutes to respond then not answering emails or phone calls once we had time to do so is unprofessional. We was also not informed that if we didn't reply straight away. The property would be given to another potential tenant. But after trying to contact the company multiple times to confirm we both feel its very unprofessional as a company, to not have an open line especially when it comes to a property they are willing to give away in less than 30 minutes of contacting you without any warning

From the initial valuation that was supported by local evidence of surrounding sales, to the sale (Josh) and the support through the legals (Stewart) the team were amazing. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough - a great team getting things done in a difficult market.

GoogleNobody ever answers the phones. Was contacted via email & voicemail with an offer for a rental property we had applied for, only to have the offer rescinded almost immediately because I was in work & missed the call. I responded to the email offer just 25 minutes after receiving it, only to get a brief response advising that they had already given it to another tenant & it had been accepted. There was absolutely no curtesy of giving us a chance to call back, there was absolutely no attempt made to contact my partner who was also jointly applying with me. I know that the rental market is competitive, but imagine punishing potential tenants for having a job! I have never been treated with such contempt and disrespect by a business.

GoogleHighly recommend Jordan Fishwick to anyone looking to sell property in the Chorlton area. The team was fantastic in helping me through a difficult sale and purchase. Particularly want to praise Stewart Grundy (continuation) for his wisdom, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to help clients. He saved the day when my chain nearly fell apart and his support and good humour stopped me having a nervous breakdown. Maura Duffy (office manager) was also amazing, providing me with expert advice in all areas of the move, pushing solicitors and purchaser to keep things moving, and providing valuable emotional support and good humour throughout the process. All members of the Chorlton team have a high degree of property selling expertise, but it was the human touch that made the difference. Thanks to them I am now moving to my dream house! GoogleJordan Fishwick were acting on behalf or the seller. To us as buyers, there really are no words to describe how incredible Emily is. Start to finish she has been so professional, a fantastic communicator and an all round wonderful person to guide us through this experience. Emily has been our broker, reassurer, and over all our go to person. Emily has gone above and beyond for us and it has been all so appreciated. She has been great at organising timescales and working really efficiently. We are forever indebted to her :)

GoogleWe recently bought our property through Jordan Fishwick Sale. Excellent communication throughout the process. They supported us to communicate with the vendor of the property we were buying during some tricky periods where the purchase looked set to fall through due to our property sale taking too long, and Jordan Fishwicks diligent work ensured that this didn't happen and we (eventually) completed earlier this month. A special mention to Scott and Emily, who were our main contacts throughout, and they were incredibly responsive to queries, phonecalls and emails.

GoogleAfter my house was on the market for three months, I spoke to the Jordan Fishwick team for an evaluation. Following their assessment I decided to move to them. The communications are efficient, timely and effective. They arranged viewers quickly and generated a high level of interest. When the original offer fell through, which was out of their control, they quickly re-marketed the house and generated interest. Once a new buyer was in place, the team ensures the whole process ran smoothly. I’d highly recommend the team and Scott, my point of contract. Friendly, effective and accountable.
