GoogleI recently dealt with Jordan Fishwick as me and my partner bought a property that they had put on the market. I found the weekend team, who initially showed us around the property, to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When putting an offer in, I found the team (mostly spoke with Emily) to be honest, helpful and prompt. They also provided us with a "moving in" box upon completion, which was a really nice touch! I would recommend JF.

GoogleWe bought a house through Jordan Fishwick at the end of last year. Nicola was in charge of our purchase and she was incredibly helpful. As a first time buyer, the whole experience can be stressful and overwhelming, especially with a new-born baby but Nicola was very supportive. She was able to get answers to our questions quickly and helped make the whole process seamless. She helped when our solicitor wasn't the best, gave great advice and guidance on the process and helped our purchase go through quickly so we could move in. I can't recommend Nicola enough

GoogleWe were lucky to deal with Tom at JF in Hale and I have to say, he was outstanding. The sale became a VERY long and protracted process (6 months!) but that was solely down to our purchaser who's behaviour and tactics were quite shocking, and it is no exaggeration to say that the sale would never have happened without Tom. The sides became very polarised and quite fractious, but Tom kept the deal afloat, mediated superbly and found a path to sale by liaising between the two parties and keeping us apart. In some instances in the past, I've not been sure who the estate agent was working for (normally themselves!), but this was never the case with Tom. It was obvious I was his client and he did all he could to get what we wanted whilst being clear on elements where we'd need to compromise if we wanted a deal. All told, he worked really hard, communicated well and got us the sale at a price we were happy with despite the countless occassions we thought it would fall through as his recommendations proved invaluable. I'd recommend JF Hale and Tom Beevers in particular to any other house sellers in the area, he is excellent.

GoogleWe tried using an online agent before handing the reins to Tom and the team at JF Hale after our initial sale stalled. The difference was as stark as night & day, in our experience a good high street agent wins hands down given that JF got the transaction over the line in double quick time, achieved a better price, and Tom and the team followed up, chased and harried the process to completion - exactly what the online agents didn't do........ We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom and the team at Jordan Fishwick Hale to anyone looking for a professional estate agent that gets results.

GoogleUsed for a valuation for the sale of our property in Altrincham in summer 2022. The valuation was incredibly hyperinflated compared to all the other agencies we sought valuations from (we got 7 in total, so we had a good idea of the value, and Jordan Fishwick Hale were outliers by a significant amount). In addition to this, the sales team peppered us with emails and phonecalls after our valuation to persuade us to use them, and also sent letters to our home incessantly over the period our house was listed with another agency. The whole sales tactic felt incredibly aggressive and overly ambitious. I wouldn't consider listing with them unless they changed their approach as it was all a bit much.

GoogleI have been a tenant with this company for 5 years in the same property, I've been told we need to pay for carpet cleaning for normal wear and tear on the carpet and stefan Bowers has been useless he's taken over with correspondence and he's very slow at replying and getting back to me. It's very upsetting because everyone other then him have been great but really disappointed by the communication and support at the end of my tenancy go elsewhere if you can

GoogleLANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE. They treat tenants terribly but most importantly are NOT good property managers. They do not carry out end of tenancy cleaning/repairs (which you assume are done for the amount they are paid) and just hope new tenants won't notice. If the new tenant does notice you are both drawn in to battle with them as to who pays for what when these guys should have been, and have been employed to be, sorting to begin with. The property I was involved with also had a bailiff threatening to knock the doors down for a tenant that had left years ago - no help and can only imagine who'd have footed the bill for new doors. I've been a tenant and a landlord for years, I wouldn't go near this bunch ever gain. Also - staff at DIRECTOR level are incapable of handling GDPR issues. You can try complaining but they don't understand their own complaints process (and hope you'll just get tired of trying)

GoogleI recently purchased an apartment in Central Manchester as an overseas buyer through Jordan Fishwick and transitioned quickly to using their letting service at completion. Within one month and during holiday season it is now let at asking price. Thank you Katie, Chelsea and team - love your work. I couldn't ask for a better service team. Would recommend to anyone.
