Reviewing both as a renter (departing) and new owner, both through JF. First of all, renting- Joely in particular was great to deal with- responsive and pragmatic throughout the process. Buying- I dealt with Stewart initially and then Maura. Both very responsive and professional and Maura was lovely and very understanding when the process was delayed for a short time due to my Mum being in hospital. Would be nice if JF could now come and take their sign down :)
