GoogleDebbie Townsend and Heartley Wild were great in finding a tenant for my property they both worked really hard and communication was second to none. To add to this they were both a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both for your time and dedication to find the right tenant would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleHaving moved house recently we could not be happier with our decision to use the services at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton. Our agent was Stewart Grundy based at Chorlton. Stewart’s work ethic and professionalism was of the highest order. As with most house moves ours was not all plain sailing. However Stewart took charge from start to finish - not just of the “standard”process but - most impressively - he took charge of all the bumps in the road too - taking the stress out of the process for us and keeping us informed all the way. This next-level service was a refreshing breath of fresh air and ensured we got the house we had set our hearts on. Outstanding Stewart - thanks so much

GoogleThe team in Wilmslow were fantastic. Heartley is an asset to your team and showed me around various properties knowing what I may or may not like. Debbie continued the process and helped with finalising contracts with Heartley. We've been in our new house just under a week and although moving house is stressful Jordan Fishwicks (Debbie, Heartley and Molly) made the expereince as easy as possible. Thank you all.

GoogleBought a property in Chorlton through Stewart Grundy at Jordan Fishwick and despite stiff competeion our offer was accepted. The property was taken off the market and Stewart provided reassurance and guidance throughout whilst ensuring the best interests of the vendors who were in a chain were looked after. From vieiwng to exchange of contracts through Stewarts advice and patience managed to exchange contracts in less than two months. Highly recommended whether you are selling or buying a property. We would definitely use Jordan Fishwick if we were selling a property but as Stewart has now helped us secure our dream house hopefully we won't have to use him, but he will be our first port of call if needed.

Luckily the house we wanted was also on the market with Jordan fishwick in new mills and Elizabeth and Ellys made the whole thing happen and go smoothly and the pair of them went above and beyond to help. GoogleThis is my review about the agency. My daughter was buying a house in 12 Dryhurst lane in Disley with her husband. She was almost sold the house that have more than 7000 pounds in damage without any negotiation from the Seller in order for the house to be fixed. When Seller agreed to fix it she tried to influence the roofer to change the wordings of the house problems and the quote after which she had to be stopped.The house have leaks on every wall in the attic which is semi converted so they need to present it in a real light, including the neibourhood chimney that will need to be repointed and that wall would need to be fixed as well, since unfortunatly it will be leaking forever until somebody fix it. I never sow that anybody in UK actually fixed their chimney since it's leaking to somebody's else wall but I did see a lifelong arguments with a neigbour becouse of it. After paying for Solicitor,surveyor and all the specisalist which is around 2500 pounds becouse the Seller kept denying that house had leaks she daughter was offered was 1000 pounds down in price which basically wouldn't even cover for the paint after the house is fixed, she didn't even get I'm sorry for the lies,money and the time she waisted. I'm only putting on the prices since the Rightmove still don't present the property in real light even after it was requested by the previous buyers so there is a reasonable doubt they will just repaint a property and try to missell it to some other first time buyer. This house have a damp on every wall in living room with 22% of it, bathroom needs to be fixed and attick have leaks on every wall which is active at this moment so it destroyed the attic walls with the mould and damp. The house is in disrepair however it is being sold as perfectly meintaned property without even a sentance that it need a renovation or any photo showing the leak on the Rightmove. This is not any data breach, this is legal right of a parent to leave a deatailed review of what is happening in the Agency and spend all off her money trying to help the doughter pay for all the specialist and solicitors bills without any help from the Seller cuz they tried to sell her the property under influence by repainting the actual state. Not even mentioning there was an e-mail sent to her that house never had any damp on it and they knew at that time about the damp and the leaks all I can say the entire experience is shocking some Sellers and the agencies are pushing just to sell the property even if it is illegal.

Jacqui was always there for us, ready to listen, with help and advice, and a great sense of humour. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We would absolutely recommend Jacqui to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property. We would give her ten stars if we could !
