GoogleFrom start to finish an excellent service. Yasmine provided advice about how to make the property lettable. She chose prospective tenants with a profile that matched my property. The let was completed very quickly as was the property inspection. I found Yasmine to be friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Thank you

GoogleNot very professional, leaving clients waiting whilst they "look for" documents that they seem to have lost. It's been days, I've called multiple times, and not even to call back after telling me they would. Not a single moment of respect for me as a client. Outrageous.

GoogleRichard went above and beyond expectations when purchasing our house through them, he even helped out the bottom of the chain which wasn't even his job as they were using another local agent which was absolutely useless. All they cared about was there sale and didn't back it up.. without Richard I don't think this would have gone through.. thankyou Richard again and we will be using you again and will recommend you to others. GoogleI couldn't not give JF 5 stars after the service they have provided. To say the house sale they dealt with for me was difficult because of so many factors is an understatement! I was so grateful to Beckie who always kept us updated and especially to Danny who went over and above normal estate agent duties!! It's been an emotional journey to say the least, so thank you Beckie, Danny and all the team at Jordan Fishwick for being brilliant.

GoogleExhale the Past Inhale the Future We made the decision to “Right Size” in about 5 minutes whilst walking in the hills, a serene canvas to our voyage into the future. It has been widely quoted that moving House is up there with other major traumas in life. We didn’t need to be concerned as we chose a partner and moving coach who have successfully navigated us through our voyage to our new home. We chose three potential companies to sell our house that was the brief. What we really were looking for was an experienced partner that would present our house to gain a realistic price that we could trust and that we could work with. Danny Bradbury caste his professional eye over our property and his enthusiasm to be our partner was overwhelming, no contest Jordan Fishwick got the project! Danny’s team rolled into action: James hand delivered our engagement contracts so that he could familiarise himself with our property before viewings, a very impressive first impression. Our house description was professionally written by Lisa and presented with stunning pictures by Danny to showcase our property to prospective buyers. Throughout the process our anchor has been Beckie who has kept us grounded, shown extreme patience and led us through the selling process with no surprises. GoogleThe best decision I made when selling my flat was choosing Jordan Fishwick. Josh sold my flat within one week for 8% over the asking price! Maura went above and beyond chasing solicitors and the buyer. Without her I don't think we ever would have completed. Throughout the whole process I was always kept informed, phone calls were always returned, I never had to chase anyone.
