GoogleWe approached Jordan Fishwick in Manchester office, but despite providing the proof of funds they have refused our bank documents as valid evidence and didnβt want to arrange any viewings. This is the first time in over 20 years in investing in properties when the estate agent doesnβt care about the buyers, so we will just take our money elsewhere.

He helped me with many options on how to stay at a place convenient to us (my family) and within our budgets. He was very helpful and courteous that I was obliged to give him this review so that I felt better and justified what he had done for me. GoogleWe recently had such a healthy and positive experience with the team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton. From Harry and Joshβs initial visit, valuation, Danβs photo taking photo taking, and preparing the house to go on the market, to all the behind the scenes work once we had secured a (wonderful!) buyer.
We found the team flexible, and able to work outside the box with us, as we were able to do a viewing with our buyer ourselves, when bank holidays and busyness was delaying getting a viewing appointment in the office diary.
Jordan & Fishwick Chorlton came highly recommended to us from a new neighbourβs prior experience. Weβre so glad we listened to that recommendation. It helped make the very real stress of buying and selling easier to live with.
A special mention needs to go to Maura, the office Manager - what a star! Always attentive to our, and the buyers situation. Chasing up legal teams as needed, bringing ease to those tough moments when things feel precarious, and basically getting the job done. Thank you Maura!

After an awful and costly experience with a local estate agent in Urmston, which led to the chain falling through less than two weeks before our planned move, we were in a difficult situation. Despite not typically operating in the Urmston area, Jordan Fishwick stepped in and took us under their wing to help us re-sell our house.
From the start, the team at Jordan Fishwick was professional, supportive, and incredibly proactive. We owe a special thank you to Maura, who was a constant voice of sanity throughout the entire process. Disclaimer: I have not rented with Jordan Fishwick, however I considered one of their properties (decided not to go ahead as I chose somewhere else). Compared with the terrible experiences I had with most other agencies (e.g. ghosting, poor treatment, exclusionary and arguably discriminatory rules), my experience with them (Nick Wan in particular) was very smooth. They were professional, polite, clearly explained everything and followed up on my request. It is sad that we've got to a point where basic professionalism seems so unusual, but I guess those who still choose to treat (potential) customers as human beings deserve recognition at least.

Full credit to Kat Walker, who as manager of my property, always acted in my best interests in the 10:years I have known her. Her patience in dealing with sometimes difficult tenants has been exemplary. Her response to getting things done has never been less than immediate, including emails by return when matters needed to be resolved.
In short, I have every confidence in Katβs abilities and management of my property. Living afar in Australia as I have until recently, it has been most important to me to have someone entirely trustworthy to provide me with property management services.
