TrustpilotI have recently ended a 4 year tenancy…
I have recently ended a 4 year tenancy at a property managed by Jordan Fishwick and the whole process was taken care of efficiently by Joely from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent throughout my time in the rental property as any issues were dealt with quickly and without issue.

GoogleHarriet Clough and the team at Jordan Fishwick in Glossop were very helpful and communicative throughout the purchase of our new place. Harriet was in regular contact with all parties involved, including all the solicitors, to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Harriet was also helpful in ensuring our surveyor had access to the property on the day of the survey. In all, I would recommend using Jordan Fishwick for any future sales or purchases.

TrustpilotExcellent Estate Agents
I was moved in quickly during the Christmas period by Jack and I was assigned Joely Brooks as my agent. From start to finish Joely was always quick to reply and helpful. My flat was maintained and checked by quality contractors throughout my tenancy and they worked around my work schedule. Joely Brooks helped me through the exit process smoothly and fairly and have my full deposit back within 3 working days . From my personal experience I would recommend Jordan Fishwick as an estate agent for myself or others. Thankyou for a smooth and pleasant tenancy especially Jack and Joely brooks.

GoogleVery unprofessional agency, they refused to support my sister inlaw in informing the landlord about damages in the house. They forced me to pay for one full year rent for the lady. She has been so depressed and frustrated. Leaking bathroom and terrible basement. They refused to allow me access the Landlord.
Dear Kingsley, Please could you let me know the address of the property? We cannot find any record of you. It would be most appreciated if you could contact me at dannybradbury@jordanfishwick.co.uk many thanks Danny

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service with purchasing my first home through Jordan Fishwick. Professional and dynamic team! Beckie was such a massive help during a learning process for myself, she was always available to explain where we were upto and worked superbly to the dates we went for. Friendly & approachable I would strongly recommend anyone to deal with this team. From the initial viewing with James, who was engaging & knowledgable about the property to helping us with the offer. Then with Henry in the finance department helping a first time buyer with their first mortgage & being so helpful up until the final exchange. Highly recommend Jordan Fishwick Macclesfield branch, you have an amazing team there.
