GoogleElizabeth gave us a great service during the sale of a property that was under probate. The property sold quickly but unfortunately the bottom of the chain collapsed twice. Elizabeth worked closely with the other estate agents in the chain and our original buyers were finally able to purchase the property at the original agreed price. It took a long while but Elizabeth kept us informed all the while and never gave up.

I've moved and purchased a few properties over the years but I can honestly say Jordan Fishwick has been the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Always available on the phone or in the branch. They helped a lot with all the associated admin regarding the sale and purchase. Lovely staff, polite and professional, would highly recommend 😊

GoogleSo pleased we chose Jordan Fishwick in New Mills. Paul was well prepared and explained everything honestly and clearly on the valuation. No gimmicks or flanneling. Elizabeth was outstanding throughout and went above and beyond in negotiating and sorting queries and issues which arose along the chain. Everyone was professional and friendly and had our best interests as priority and we felt in safe hands. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you all so much.

GoogleI have recently successfully completed the sale of my house and upgraded into my dream home, in particularly challenging market conditions, due to the expert guidance and support of Theo Orr at Jordan Fishwick. Theo's professionalism and continuous determination to finalise the deal is the reason for the success , and in my opinion he acts both as an Estate Agent and Project Manager, ensuring that both ends of the chain conclude successfully. I think he will progress to the top. The other aspect which I noted regarding Theo is you can tell that be really cares about the clients which he works with. He also works closely with an individual called Richard Peck who again provided excellent service and they are lead by a man called Guy Grainer who is very well established across the Cheshire market. I will be recommending to all of my friends and colleagues in Wilmslow, when the time comes and they are seeking a house purchase, that they reach out to Theo. Fantastic job 👏 Rob Byrom

GoogleWe are in the process of buying a property through this branch at Jordan Fishwick and I really cannot recommend them enough!!! Jemima is our agent and she is truly outstanding!!! From initially listening so attentively to what we wanted, our time and budget restraints she went over and beyond and found us a beautiful property!! She demonstrates without a doubt that she truly wants to help and clearly cares about her clients!! Nothing is too much trouble, communication is superb and we really do feel we are in a “safe pair of hands” given how stressful the process can be!!! So far everything has been seamless and we look forward to the completion of our property and can confidently say, that Jemima will no doubt continue to be a huge support!!

Harriet was in regular contact with all parties involved, including all the solicitors, to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Harriet was also helpful in ensuring our surveyor had access to the property on the day of the survey. In all, I would recommend using Jordan Fishwick for any future sales or purchases.

GoogleVery unprofessional agency, they refused to support my sister inlaw in informing the landlord about damages in the house. They forced me to pay for one full year rent for the lady. She has been so depressed and frustrated. Leaking bathroom and terrible basement. They refused to allow me access the Landlord.
