GoogleVery poor and unprofessional service. Looking to rent a property in Manchester. I live 3 hours away currently. Managed to get a viewing, and on the morning I was advised via email to reply if I wasn’t able to attend the viewing. By midday I received another email stating I needed to call in to confirm my attendance, which I did. 15 minutes before my agreed time of meeting I was called to say they did not have the keys and would need to reschedule. Something that could have been told to me at 9am. Very poor service. Wasted my time.

GoogleMaura Duffy and her team at Jordan Fishwick have gone above and beyond for us in ensuring that we were able to finalize the Sale of our House in Chorlton. A massive thanks for all the support they were able to provide, especially given the challenges of selling the property whilst living overseas. A big shout out to Joely in the Hale office too, who was a super star!! when we were renting the property prior to putting the house on the market.

GoogleDuring the sale (2 bed flat) I chased JF most of the time and when eventually the sale completed they did not even bother to contact me (yet grabbed their fees) ..... I had to chase them / complain ..... eventually I received an email from Martin Moston Group Operations Director, Manchester with the biggest load of Bull excuses. No wonder Estate Agents have a bad name !!!!!

GoogleJordan Fishwick have been letting and managing our property for 5 years. Very happy with the service provided. They alway find new tenants quickly, they manage all maintenance and repairs efficiently and they are always easy to reach on the phone. Would definitely recommend them.
