I would like to particularly thank Beckie who helped us through a very stressful moving day. She kept us informed at all times and we felt she very much had our corner. GoogleJoan McCauley of Simpson Marwick was very helpful from the start to finish of selling my sister's flat and guided us through some tricky waters when the buyer was intent on gaining a dedicated parking space as well as a flat. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to Joan.

GoogleI booked a viewing for a flat, and the agent confirmed the date and time. However, when my friends and I arrived (on time, in the freezing wind), the agent never showed up. We waited for over half an hour with no communication from them. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable! It's no surprise that the flat has been on the market for over nine months, clearly, the agent's poor service is to blame. I would never consider buying a property through them, and I strongly advise against using them to sell your property if you want results. Avoid this agency at all costs!

Incredibly friendly yet professional team who were able to provide really practical advice on how to progress a sale which proved invaluable and really got us the best result I think we could have hoped for. Then moving on to their legal team who were equally excellent. Providing clear advice and managing the process clearly and efficiently. Thanks to all.
