GoogleWe bought our house through Kurtis who was amazing. He kept us in the loop, was emailing us regualry and offered a fantastic service. We sold our house through a different company and the differnce in service we recieved was massive. GoogleKat Walker and the management property team are excellent. Friendly, quick to react, efficient and always helpful. They update you regularly and ensure you are informed of all new legislation and regulations. Good property managers are hard to find and provide a vital service to both Landlords and Tenants. You can't do better than Kat Walker and team at Jordan Fishwick.

GoogleEmanuel Silva helped us find the most amazing place to stay that ticked all of our boxes! The whole process was smooth and efficient, and we were able to move in very quickly! All in all a very great result, and brilliant service from Emanuel. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attentive, and knowledgeable lettings agent.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst letting agents in the whole of Manchester. They do not have a care in the world for their tenants unless it benefits them. We’ve tried to contact them multiple times about issues in the flat and they fail to respond EVERY TIME. They come round for flat inspections every now and then and when we explain the issues they say “yeah the landlord probably won’t fix that” the water is always going on and off and occasionally going brown. Please be sensible and do not use Jordan fishwick. For your own sake

GoogleCan not rate this team higher. From start to finish and beyond they have ensured the process is simple and efficient. Background: I needed to move quickly due to my tenancy ending shortly and struggling to find a property within a certain budget that ticked all the boxes. Emanuel and Katie both have provided consistent professional communication to me, starting out with the viewing, towards all the many questions I have, moving in and finally sorting out any niggles in the first days of moving in. I not only love the property itself, I also feel assured to know there is a great team available to me when I need them. Thanks guys!

GoogleI’ve never in my life seen such artistry in the moment someone handed me a single set of keys. The agent didn’t just “pass” them over, no, they presented them, like Excalibur being drawn from stone, rotating the fob ever so slightly so the sunlight caught it and refracted across the laminate flooring. The click of the key against the ring? Cinematic. I half expected Hans Zimmer to start playing in the background. People talk about customer service, but they don’t talk enough about the wrist-to-finger choreography of a check-in, and this office deserves recognition for redefining what “handing over keys” can mean. The flat is fine, but the moment of transfer? Life-changing.

GoogleI would like to recommend Stewart at Jordan Fishwick for his outstanding service and expertise during the purchase of a Victorian detached property. His knowledge and professionalism made the process smooth, even with the added complexities of buying a Victorian detached property on a challenging site. I would not hesitate to recommend Stewart to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Stewart has a lot of knowledge of properties in the Chorlton and Whalley Range area and this assisted me greatly in my purchase.

Exceptional market knowledge - I had a negative experience trying to sell my property with another agent and I should have instructed Jordan Fishwick from the start. Jordan Fishwick sold my property within 2 weeks of listing. Outstanding communication - this is absolutely essential for all parties involved in the conveyancing process to keep things progressing. No phone call or email was ever left unanswered. They demonstrated efficient and effective work processes. Strong negotiation skills and really fought your corner. Harry, Stewart, Maura and the team genuinely care and they support you every step of the way. They have nothing but praise from me.

The property that I have recently sold with JF has been a lengthy and stressful process, but Becky has kept me updated throughout, and been available to speak to me at all times when I needed to chat about the sale, she was honest at all times and never gave me any false hopes. James was also on hand to give me the original good news that an offer had been made on the property, and explained the whole process.
