GoogleMostly dealt with Tom Coffey but always got a good service from his colleges too. Their service is very professional and you are always kept informed on what's going on. Booking viewings is easy and you always get good prompt communication and notifications. Tom was really great to work with. Always felt he understood our position even when we got frustrated during a very difficult housing period for sellers. In the end we got a good offer that came through to completion. Thanks.

GoogleWe bought our home through Tom Hilton Estate Agents and so we weren't even the clients.... BUT.. Simon Cox was so helpful when there were all sorts of difficulties occurred - the sort that can arise when selling and buying a home. Simon was nothing other than professional and helpful, and especially when there were some urgent things that needed doing or chasing up. We know where to go when we might move on in the future.

GoogleSimon Cox of John Hilton's worked really hard to find me a buyer for my house in Rottingdean and his perseverance and expertise paid off in the end. I cannot thank Simon enough for his help which went way beyond what I could expect, finding me a clearance company and deep-clean company once the house was more or less empty and being present when I couldn't get there, having moved away before the sale finally went through. Thank you, Simon, you supported me through what was a very stressful period and I am extremely grateful. All this when you had suffered a family bereavement yourself. You were always so patient and encouraging. Alex played his part in the sale too, showing countless people round. I had previously been listed with two other agents in the village with no outcome and Hilton's took on my sale when I was becoming very anxious about it all. Their physical presence on the High Street in Rottingdean and their professionalism are a great local asset.
