GoogleTom has just sold my grandmother’s flat and Marius sold my own flat last year. Both sales came with plenty of twists and turns in an ever-challenging market. Throughout, they were professional, offering frank, honest advice when needed. Their steadfast, pragmatic approach alleviated much of the stress and anxiety that comes with selling a property. I’m grateful for their support throughout both sales. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them! 5 stars

GoogleA huge thank you to Simon Cox and his brilliant team. He guided us through a couple of complicated issues and took control of our furniture removals when there was a problem with the date. He was always upbeat and assured us that everything would work out and it did. It was a real pleasure having Simon helping us with the process of selling our property and we would thoroughly recommend both him and the team at Joh Hilton.

GoogleOrganised three local estate agents in the Queenspark area to sell my dads house, to pay for his care. I chose John Hilton because they were honest and personable. I used their recommended solicitors and they were clear, prompt and courteous. Alex is a joy to hear from. He didnt bombard me with nonsense and was always cheerful and authentic. Good experience.

GoogleAvoid. I repeat, avoid this estate agency. Coming from a parent of a tenant who rented out a 2 bedroom property this year, service is absolutely rubbish. Once moved in, the girls noticed several issues with the house, one being horrible wall conditions with damp that clearly had been repainted over, sparking health and safety concerns. Upon arrival, it was also noticed that there was no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, which was notified as a missing item, which was never gotten back to us for. If you try to contact this company, they will IGNORE YOU! Having attended the flat during leaving the property and end of tenancy myself, we made sure the property was in the exact same condition as what it was before, and still charged ridiculous amounts of our deposit totaling to £1200 over “decoration” and other issues which were not to blame of the tenance. After enquiring via email to dispute the costs, we were ignored, money sent back to our accounts without consent, which is a breach of their own contract. You will not get your money back. STAY AWAY.

GoogleWe were buying house via John Hilton (but selling flat via another estate agency). Very often we felt like Alex was the only one who kept us updated and it looked like he was doing 3 jobs at once (acting like agent from both parties and conveyancer too). Highly recommend him to anyone.

GoogleI've just sold a rental property through John Hilton. While they found a buyer really quickly, the sale did take a little longer than we hoped due to the buyer being somewhat difficult. However Alex Wilson managed the situation brilliantlly. With poise and persistance he got us over the line. I honestly can't thank him enough for his professionalism and time.

She has been so warm and helpful helping me and my family secure a home & I couldn’t be more grateful . GoogleWhen we moved into our new house our fridge wasn’t working and within days a new one was ordered and on its way. Bethania is wonderful at her job and made sure we weren’t without a fridge for too long
