GoogleIf you’re a student and need a property, pick a property with Sadiya as your property manager. She has been extremely helpful and patient with all our enquiries and unfortunately a difficult situation of one of our tenants leaving and not being able to attend the property anymore. Informative and efficient replies every time both on email and on the phone!

GoogleAlex Wilson has been my rock throughout this transaction. I could never get anything out of my solicitors, but I always always got an immediate response from Alex. As someone completely new to this process, no idea what most of the terms even meant - it meant a lot to me to have someone I could trust. And i would have NEVER put "trust" and "estate agent" in the same sentence before! But from the moment I met him I found him surprsingly and reassuringly honest. If i was just left listening to my solicitor, i would have found the last 4 months much more painful. Thank you for being my rock Alex! Would love to stay in touch. All the very best, Alicia.

GoogleWe’ve been with John Hilton for nearly a year now, and the last few months have been crazy trying to get us to keep our house and John Hilton have been brilliant with us. We would not of been able to keep our house without them and Ethan who manages our house. He has been 10/10 and we couldn’t have done it without him! We’re so grateful:)

GoogleHave used John Hiltons as our letting agents for many years but was particularly impressed by Karen Tigar who had been conducting viewings on one of our properties and in her own time dealt with a small issue of black mould in the bathroom that the current tenants refused to do. This subsequently resulted in the property letting. Thank you Karen.

GoogleI cannot recommend Alex Wilson enough. He is absolutely fantastic. We had a tricky sale and he put so much time and effort into helping us. We were updated regularly and he worked brilliantly with other estate agents in the chain too. I really don't think it would have happened without him as he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleThis agency is awful. Saffron and Ethan have been the most unhelpful, we had many issues with the house that we had reported and nothing was done for months and only after us chasing. Contractors would turn up unannounced and they were not told of proper procedure. On many occasions our front door was left unlocked when we got back and open for anyone to access. I would stay far away from this agency, as they take advantage of students. If you can avoid them please do!!!!!!

GoogleI had a great experience with Karen Tigar at John Hilton renting out my house in Rottingdean, so wondered if they would be interested in doing similar with my flat in London when the time came. Was surprised to hear yes, no problem! So a few months later the flat was vacant. Karen handled the contract side with a new US based tenant. Despite time zone delays all went smoothly with Karen being very proactive, more so than me! And for a very reasonable cost, especially compared to the posh London corporates. Smaller one/two branch agencies like JH are so much nicer to deal with than the big chains imo. Thanks Karen for your efforts!

Google★★★★★ Karen has been genuinely brilliant throughout my property search and application. She is warm, professional, incredibly responsive and, most importantly, a real problem-solver. Rather than simply passing messages back and forth, Karen has gone out of her way to understand the situation, speak with the landlord and find practical solutions. She has kept me updated, explained everything clearly and somehow made a potentially stressful process feel far more manageable, no small achievement in the world of moving house! GoogleFor the past three years, I have been renting with John Hiltons and they have been great. Recently, Sadiya took over the management of my property and she has been absolutely amazing. She is inredibly helpful and communicative and even lets me know my cat is safe from the heat whenever she visits. Thank you Sadiya xx
