GoogleI went in to get details of a property for sale on their books but found that the details did not have a floor plan. Not the most useful.

GoogleExcellent service throughout the sale process by Team Jigsaw. Our sale was particularly difficult due to issues created by some of the other sellers, solicitors and estate agents in the chain. However Rebecca worked so hard trying to sort out the many issues others created, always following things up and responding to my calls. Its thanks to Rebecca that the sale completed. If you are seriously thinking of selling your property then Team Jigsaw are the Estate Agent you need.

GoogleSo far so good. These ladies have been very responsive, welcoming and polite. Fingers crossed the viewing comes to something! Update - It did not. After spending time and money commuting to view, the application was rejected, reason given was that the landlord changed his mind about something they/the agency knew about before the viewing. Since then jigsaw have made it pretty crystal clear they aren't interested anymore.

Matt is one guy that doesn't keep his word. From what I've learned, he's the only one in the firm, there is no other person to contact. I tried to rent out a room that was more like a flat (had its own kitchen and bathroom). We agreed on the price and deposit and on a date to meet to sign the contract, hand the keys and pay. He asked for my email so he can send me the contract. Although I did sent him my email address, no mail came in from him / them (the company). The date and time that was arranged changed with just 1 hour before it was due, for a later hour. Later on, it was changed for the next day. Next day came and no answerin g on the phonecalls or messages sent. Went to the office, he was not in, left a note to be contacted to discuss the issue, never heard from him since. There was always a reason. Either the room needs some cleaning, or he didn't had the go agead from the landlord. (first red flag, how are you renting if you haven't talked with the lanflord about it?) overall, STAY AWAY!!!!

Never come across such a useless uncaring company in my life. Please don’t use them if you want fair treatment and problems soughted. I have spent a fortune on having to rectify things going wrong and getting no response,even to having a wall re plastered because of leaking shower which is still leaking. Do not believe anything Mathew tells you if he ever has the decency to reply to you.

YellUntrustworthy and Unprofessional
Rented a house through them for the last 4 years. The office is completely disorganised when it comes to inspections, maintenance. If you want to be able to trust your estate agent - they have allowed a contractor entry to my home when we weren't in, despite me waiting for them all day Tuesday and they never turned up. Jigsaw's excuse is that "the contractor said they had permission to enter" despite no permission being given. They will let some random contractor in for a non-emergency reason just because they lied and said they were allowed in. Our cat managed to escape because of this. My partner works nights sometimes and she could have been in bed sleeping when some random man unlocked the door and came in. We have valuables and private documents around. They are completely unapologetic, don't really seem fussed about it either. Completely unorganised and mismanaged place. This is after us being trouble-free tenants for 4+ years. Do not trust this company.

GoogleAgent was brilliant to myself when moving in. Relocating from another part of the country was made a lot easier by the agents kindness and assistance. Also, since living at the property any issues raised have been resolved and any lack of communication regarding these issues have been apologised for and rectified. Thank you

GoogleAn embarrassment of a company who are too lazy to even make a phone call! Enquired on a house for let over 2 weeks ago to request photos of the inside as Rightmove only showed (and still only shows) 3 external photos, I was informed that Matt would get back to me later that day and email the photos over. I never received any photos of that property but after seeing Jigsaw had another property I was interested in, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and request a viewing on the second property. I had to repeatedly ring for days before Matt finally rang me back 3 days later, after I had given up trying, and booked a viewing for later that week. Every time I was told that Matt was busy and would ring me back that day but this never happened. On the day of the viewing I attempted to ring Matt to confirm the time we had arranged and that the viewing was still going ahead, but I was left with no answer yet again. Despite all of this, the house was presented very well due to it being a new build and I decided I would like to go ahead with an application. I spoke with Matt about the application process whilst at the property and was told I would have the link to the application form sent to me straight away. By the next morning I still hadn't received anything and after another phone call to Jigsaw, I was told again Matt was busy and would send it over when he could. This was already a day later than expected. Eventually I received the email with the application and completed this immediately. I was informed I would hear a response within 24 hours and awaited a phone call from Matt which I never received. I rang Matt the following day to get an update and was informed that all credit checks, income checks and referencing was passed and that all we needed was the landlord to confirm before I could go ahead and Matt would do this today and let me know the outcome the following day. Surprise surprise, I heard nothing from Matt again, and had attempted to call him multiple times with no success. Eventually I managed to speak with Matt who was far from helpful and simply stated he would be back in touch. Its been over a week since I started my application and I am still no further forward in knowing if it has been successful or not. I understand that applications take time but it is not unreasonable to be updated throughout the process. I have received multiple phone calls and emails from companies regarding setting up my broadband and utility bills etc for my move in date of 15th October? I have never been informed that my application has been accepted let alone given a move in date. It is nearly impossible to speak to Matt, and any request for a call back is simply ignored. If Jigsaw can't be bothered to even secure a tenant on a property, I would hate to think how difficult it would be to get an issue resolved once you had already moved in. I have now requested that my application is retracted as I refuse to spend any money with such a joke of a company after receiving absolutely disgusting customer service. And I certainly do not want Matt to receive any kind of commission for his inability to communicate and incompetency in carrying out his own job.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhere to start. First property we went to rent through them paid deposit, signed contracts, 4 days before move date told property was no longer available to rent. We rented another property with them as stuck, now handed in months notice to find out its not a month apparently its up to 2 months. They ask tenants to do viewings for them and send contractors onto property without telling you. I found them wholly unprofessional and unreasonable. Not just to tenants but to landlords, my landlord will now loose out on the new rent rate for the property and also I as a landlord would be unhappy about my tenants doing viewings. I would not purchase or rent as a buyer, seller or tenant / landlord as I don't trust them, they just seem lazy and also they do not act in the clients best interests.
Apologies for your feelings of frustration but unfortunately Cheryl as written in your tenancy agreement to end your AST is 1 month from the tenancy start date, therefore, if this date is missed then the notice period can be longer than 1 month. We do ask Landlords (who are our clients) if the date is missed by only a few days if as a gesture of goodwill they will take the notice from the late date, however, in your case it was missed by a couple of weeks so sadly the Landlord wanted to hold you to your contracted notice period. We are always here to help if you need anything and we do understand your frustration in this situation.
