GoogleNever look after their tenants. Rude girls in the shop. I hated having to communicate with them as they are so rude.

Hi Louisa, thank you for your feedback, however, we appreciate you are frustrated at this time and sorry that things did not go your way with regards to having your bond returned. The Landlords decision is final and at times tenants can find this discouraging. We are employed as the managing agent for Landlords investment properties and we have to make sure that properties are left how tenants find them upon moving in.

GoogleDuring our tenancy, Jigsaw were very good. They had a good system for logging faults with the property. All faults were usually sorted within a few weeks or so. We had some issues when we were leaving the property, however. Not only did it take three weeks for them to sort returning our deposit, they charged us £114 to 'tidy up the front garden'. The front garden was effectively a driveway and a tiny path to the front door, I presume it required some weeding? I understand that contractors are expensive, however, when I asked for a breakdown of costs they refused to provide any and eventually never replied to my email. All I wanted to see was the length of time the contractor took and their hourly rate but that was not available. Like I said, no problems during the tenancy but be warned, on exit, the contractors they use appear to be very expensive and the process is rather opaque!

TrustpilotAbsolutely the worst company I have…
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid the deposit. When we left claimed the deposit back only to be told that they were keeping it for decorating costs. Nearly a grand. I don't think so. Repairs ie (leaking roof) black mold. Stay well away.

Worst real estate agency in our region, the difference in price of their rental houses compared to others is ridiculous, they have been putting 3-bedroom houses up for rent in my city for 1200, when can a normal family afford that, they are inflating the market and no one does anything, I have already sent an email to the council for them to investigate the actions of this company.

GoogleWe sold our house through Jigsaw and had a great experience. We had offers the same day that it went on the market and had agreed a sale even before the sign went up! GoogleThank you Jigsaw for an excellent service when selling our property! From the first conversation with Connie to the regular updates from Zoe. Jigsaw are so proactive that they had a buyer in mind before our first meeting, within 5 days of agreeing to sell through Jigsaw we had our first viewing and an excellent offer put in making the process smooth and painless! We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and Zoe was always on hand and happy to answer any questions we had and provide a line of communication between us and our buyers. GoogleThey rented an apartment in Selby which was equipped with a washing machine. The property has old style windows which cannot be opened. The washing machine broke, engineer said it was beyond repair. Jigsaw wanted me to buy a new myself, hence breaching a legally binding contract. No reduction in rent. When moved out, they wanted to charge cleaning the windows. These double-glazed windows had mold between the glasses and apparently wanted me to break the glass to clean them. There was mold because the ventilation was substandard and the whole apartment a health risk due to the mold exposure. This is how they treat customers.

Rented an apartment in Selby from them. Victorial house with double-glazed windows which cannot be opened at all. When moving out they wanted to chanrge me as I had not cleaned the mold between the glasses.So mission impossible, but no wonder there was mold as the ventilation did not work at all I found out. So will report to the council that this apartment should be condemned. Also on they day I moved found out bare wires on top of a kitchen cupboard, so electrcal installations were not UK compliant. Washing machine was included in the contract. It broke quite soon, engineer said it was beynod repair. They refused to provide a new or reduction in the rent. So breach of legally binding contract. They claim that the apartment needed professional cleaning. Too bad that for them that I photographed the whole apartment very carefully. So I am willing to take them in court and inform also the Selby council for these issues. They might take it quite seriously since that boy died in mold exposure in Birmingham just a couple of years ago.

GoogleI'm a neighbours next to one of the tenants. That this letting agents looks after. Found them to be unresponsive and when then do respond. Promise things that they do not follow through. I would not recommend this letting agent as its very poor service.

GoogleWell not much to say as in good perspective. From begining was all good ,but when end up with returning the deposit back ,completely beeing ignored. General bad communication, not maintenance done as required, no recommend for sure.

GoogleRent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby

GoogleNever ever responds to phone calls /emails in a timely manner. House walls were painted in bright colours against the agreement, mattress etc left in outbuilding and keys were just left under mat! Paid monthly fee for over 10 years and the property was not even managed at a basic level . Questioned but of course no reply!

GoogleI have been renting a house for 12 years in this agency. I got a court order to vacate the property I a very short notice. Matt told the court that he had given me 3 months notice witch he new was a lie. No consideration or respect for a 74 year old woman that did so much for the property.Very unconcerned and unprofessional agency.
