⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If there were six stars, Zoe would get the lot! From start to finish, she’s been an absolute superstar. This wasn’t your average straightforward sale, we had solicitors doing their best impression of headless chickens, and the Help to Buy scheme throwing in last-minute curveballs just to keep things interesting. Through it all, Zoe was calm, kind, and completely unflappable. She chased, nudged, reassured, and generally worked miracles to keep everything on track. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always had time for a chat and a laugh, even when the rest of us were tearing our hair out. We’re genuinely kicking ourselves that we didn’t sell through them too, lesson well and truly learned! If you want an estate agent who actually cares (and knows what they’re doing), Zoe’s your person.

I could sing Jigsaw praise enough we were buying a house from them and honestly the support they offered was price less nothing was ever too much to ask there was there at the end of the phone and went above and beyond there daily jobs from keeping us to date or pointing us in the right direction the service them girls offer is exceptional and knocked socks of the estate agents who were selling another house. I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jigsaw Estate Agents. The whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout. Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. Thank you Jigsaw for an excellent service when selling our property! From the first conversation with Connie to the regular updates from Zoe. Jigsaw are so proactive that they had a buyer in mind before our first meeting, within 5 days of agreeing to sell through Jigsaw we had our first viewing and an excellent offer put in making the process smooth and painless! We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and Zoe was always on hand and happy to answer any questions we had and provide a line of communication between us and our buyers. They rented an apartment in Selby which was equipped with a washing machine. The property has old style windows which cannot be opened. The washing machine broke, engineer said it was beyond repair. Jigsaw wanted me to buy a new myself, hence breaching a legally binding contract. No reduction in rent. When moved out, they wanted to charge cleaning the windows. These double-glazed windows had mold between the glasses and apparently wanted me to break the glass to clean them. There was mold because the ventilation was substandard and the whole apartment a health risk due to the mold exposure. This is how they treat customers.

Absolutely terrible estate agents!! Matt was fully aware of my circumstances (becoming homeless 1 week before Xmas with my 2 year old) I viewed the property which I may add wasn’t the one shown it the photos. Then after viewing decided to put an application in. I’m now 3 weeks in no phone call, no reply to txt messages to let me know what was happening regarding the application. If it wasn’t for the tenant herself letting me know she couldn’t move out, I wouldn’t know any different. If you are thinking of using this company to advertise your property then save your money and go elsewhere.. absolutely ridiculous! I didn’t even want to leave a 1 star but couldn’t leave this review without it!

I recently sold my house with Jigsaw and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The swiftness of the whole process them coming out to view, to then doing the photos and getting it on the market. So professional, kept in contact and kept me updated and informed at every stage. It sold in 4 days of being on the market with loads of viewings. The best service and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent service throughout the sale process by Team Jigsaw. Our sale was particularly difficult due to issues created by some of the other sellers, solicitors and estate agents in the chain. However Rebecca worked so hard trying to sort out the many issues others created, always following things up and responding to my calls. Its thanks to Rebecca that the sale completed. Emailed to ask for a viewing on a property. They did respond quickly at first, to let me know that they were waiting on dates to view from the tenant. Five days later still hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them again to be told they were still waiting for dates, another two weeks went by I wasn’t contacted but can now see the property has been let on rightmove. Won’t be bothering Jigsaw again. All agents are dealing with a very high influx of enquiries, however every single other agent I have contacted has always got back to me, it’s common courtesy when conducting business.

Rent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby
