GoogleFrom my initial conversation with Zoe from the Google office, who was very helpful and explained everything, I then went into the Selby where nothing was too much trouble. Any questions I had were answered with confidence and their professionalism outstanding, many thanks to all staff but especially Zoe and Alex in Selby.

YellUntrustworthy and Unprofessional
Rented a house through them for the last 4 years. The office is completely disorganised when it comes to inspections, maintenance. If you want to be able to trust your estate agent - they have allowed a contractor entry to my home when we weren't in, despite me waiting for them all day Tuesday and they never turned up. Jigsaw's excuse is that "the contractor said they had permission to enter" despite no permission being given. They will let some random contractor in for a non-emergency reason just because they lied and said they were allowed in. Our cat managed to escape because of this. My partner works nights sometimes and she could have been in bed sleeping when some random man unlocked the door and came in. We have valuables and private documents around. They are completely unapologetic, don't really seem fussed about it either. Completely unorganised and mismanaged place. This is after us being trouble-free tenants for 4+ years. Do not trust this company.

Googlejoke, how can i have guarantor who ownes house if im from Poland. They don't give a damn about young people. That i can understand if i would be like these idiots who dont wanna even work. But im bustin my a** and nobody cares, just doing problems with everything. Thank You very much....

GoogleI went in to get details of a property for sale on their books but found that the details did not have a floor plan. Not the most useful.

YellSTAY CLEAR!
Stay clear! Worst lettings agency i have ever rented with!! Firstly, when applying for the property with a lady called Alix, there was minimal customer service, no smiles! I was told that i couldn't complete my application form in the Jigsaw office, even though it was empty and raining outside! I was then told i couldn't use my bank statement as proof of address, strange! To then be told, she wanted a holding fee in cash, so i then had to treck back out in the rain to get this! However, she is very young, so may not be as experienced!Girls, are lazy and don't care and take a ridiculous amount of time to contact you back! They need ALOT of training, on how to speak to and treat customers!!! Shameful.

GoogleRecently tried to view a property to purchase. Tried contacting them several times over two weeks and couldn't get a viewing. It always seemed to be me the customer chasing them for a viewing when they should have kept us in the loop and kept us up to date with any progress. Then tried to view a rental property - and the exact same thing is happening. Chased twice to no avail and still no viewing. Finally given up and rented an alternative property. I understand tenants maybe difficult in allowing us to view but the agency should be giving the customer updates on what is happening and should be much more on the ball, it shouldn’t be up to the customer to chase. After speaking to an alternative agency, they were much more professional and arranged a viewing the next day.

GoogleI used jigsaw to rent a property as it has a good rating, however from personal experience I did not find this; on arriving on moving day to the property I signed the documents for the property, however I did not receive all the keys for the property and I am currently unable to check my meters. I was also provided with the WRONG ADDRESS on moving in and have just had to change my home insurance and broad band information. This has affected my premium which has increased so I had a further charge to pay, on arriving at my new property. The letting agent was also not aware that the property was on a water meter and were the readings were located which I am now currently waiting for an engineer to show me were the meter is. The Agent in the shop was helpful with explaining the smart meter changes and reporting my concern about the keys and has directed me to contact Bovis directly for further support.

GoogleWe were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of Jigsaw from the first visit to list our property right through to the conclusion of our sale and also our subsequent purchase of a property also through jigsaw . Every member of staff we dealt with were extremely helpful from start to finish and kept us up to date with all necessary details . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anyone out there looking for a reliable agent that gets the job done in a friendly manner with the minimum of fuss . Well done all at Jigsaw Selby , keep up the good work.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for every aspect of Jigsaw's services. As someone new to the lettings experience, I was a little bit nervous about what to expect - but all the staff at Jigsaw have been amazing: well-informed, polite, efficient, reliable and very reassuring at every step of the way. I was also very impressed with how hard all of the staff work: no detail was left to chance and no question or problem I posed too much trouble to follow up and sort out. The team work and communication is clearly excellent and I felt valued as a customer at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw in the future.

GoogleI am a local landlord who lives abroad, this situation can cause stress when I return home as I normally try and do 12 months catch up in a few weeks. On my return this year I purchased another property but just didn't have the time to market it so I turned to "Jigsaw" (Reluctantly as a last resort as I have had bad experiences with othger agents) To my surprise I found Jigsaw truly professional and very proactive, everything I requested from initial visit, EPC certification, marketing pictures to potential tenants visits was a seamless operation. GoogleMe and my partner have moved from tadcaster to carlton and found our perfect home to rent. Jigsaw were very helpful in ensuring that all our information had been received to ensure a smooth process to start renting the property. I feel very confident that I am able to go to them if there are any problems but I can happily say that after 6 months we still love our house and had no issues what so ever. Would happily reccomend jigsaw estate and letting to help you find your perfect home.

GoogleThis is the first property that I have rented out in Selby & I chose Jigsaw Letting as I found them very friendly, helpful & professional from my initial phone call to them, to the inspection visit. They found me a tennant within 24 hours of my property appearing on their website & kept me fully informed at all times re moving in dates etc. I would fully recommend Jigsaw & will deffinately use them again in the future, Thanks for making the whole process easy & fast.

GoogleI've had a good experience so far with Jigsaw Letting. They were patient and helpful when I had bank issues just as I was about to move in. This meant rescheduling my appointment with them and paying the bond and first months rent a week late - so I appreciated that. I usually contact them via email on non urgent matters, and they always reply in good time. So to summarise, they are helpful, patient and professional (and pretty) - I recommend them ; )

Googleme and my partner have recently moved into a property which we are letting from jigsaw lettings during the process of renting the house jigsaws performance was outstanding a hassle free move, and the house was spotless. Through the process of renting the property from viewing and filling in the paperwork and credit checks we spoke to most of the lettings agents staff and they all are very friendly and professional in what they do.outstanding service we are looking forward to being very long term tenants. GoogleI have rented via Jigsaw in Selby previously and I have just begun a new tenancy again. I have always found their customer service to be excellent promises kept and phone calls are always returned efficiently and in the timescales given. Any repairs or work at the property have been carried out to a good standard. I would and have recommended Jigsaw to other people I have found them to be the best letting agent to deal with in the local area.

GoogleFrom looking at buying a "but-to-let property to renting out Jigsaw were there to help with advice on what to buy, what rental to expect and what we did and did not need to do. We now have two properties, both bought on Jigsaws advice, and both were let out with tenants in place within four weeks of completing on them. In both cases the rental achieved was exactly what was forecast by Jigsaw. The process is fully managed by Jigsaw and things could not have been easier or smoother. I can recommend them to anyone wanting to let out properties or who are thinking of letting out properties.

GoogleI have let out a property with Jigsaw for approximately 5 years, they found me an excellent tenant immediately and have looked after my interests very professionally ever since. My property is very old and there have been some very challenging problems that Eleanor Welbourn has managed to resolve very quickly and expertly. Its a pity that none of my other let properties are in the area because I would not hesitate in moving them all to Jigsaw Letting as I find them to be a first class management company who offer excellent value for money and take all the hassle out of dealing direct with a tenant.
