GoogleReally unhappy with their service. We had a viewing booked for Saturday which they cancelled. The only viewing time they had which fitted in with our working hours was Monday at 17:45 and at lunchtime we had a call to cancel again because they had had one offer which had been accepted. Really feels as though you'll only get a chance at finding somewhere to live if you don't work or can take time off work to go to viewings and fit in with them... Really not professional at all. EDIT: After being gas lit by this business in their response, we had another viewing cancelled last minute and upon asking them about what's going on, they admitted that they did have records of our original booking being cancelled, despite what the below response states. They claimed that they do not work on a first come first serve basis but this is evidently not true. We have been dealing with a lot of agencies while trying to move to Portsmouth and this is by far the worst one we've experienced. I can admit that the customer is not always right, but on this occasion I am.

GoogleI recently sold and bought a house through Jeffries Northend office and was very impressed with the professional manner in which Harry conducted himself. The process was quite complicated due to the long chain however Harry was so accommodating and patient and went out of his way on several occasions and kept us up to date with every stage. We highly recommend Jeffries estate agents!

GoogleFrom start to finish Jeffries provided a 1st class service in what at times was very stressful for myself in trying to find the right house with very few properties on the market . The patience , understanding and kindness they showed too me was excellent. Adam and the team aren’t like any estate agents they take time to get too know you and there is no pressure from them . Special thanks must go too Harry , who dealt with the sell of my house from start to finish . Thanks Harry you kept me sane during a stressful time . I would highly recommend this estate agents without hesitation.

GoogleSpoke to an estate agent who had a pretty good idea on the local area and current trends,helpful without being pushy,only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is they forgot to email the valuation and I had to chase,otherwise great!

In particular, Beverly went above and beyond to help us resolve some of the complications we encountered. She was regularly in touch to update us on progress and always willing to try and find answers to the questions we asked. At times, we felt like we might be trying her patience, but she remained fully professional throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to use Jeffries again, although we really hope we won't need to for a very long time!

GoogleJeffries & Dibbens (all the people we have delt with) have been wonderful during our time working with them. We were buying our first home, and they were always very quick to respond to emails or calls and get information for us quickly. They were helpful and very freindly. We went with a reccomend solicitors by them, so they also helped us with communication between all parties. We feel very happy that Jefferies & Dibbens were our estate agents and would reccomened them others. We also got a helpful welcome pack the day we moved into our new home. The staff supported us by giving us sufficient information about solicitors and mortgage brokers 😃 who they were really amazing and work fast on our case.
