GoogleFrom the first time we walked into the office we were made to feel welcome. The staff were informative and friendly and the service we received was outstanding. Doing a long distance move was very stressful at times, but all the staff kept us up to date with how things were progressing and very helpful in getting answers to all our questions. We are very happy in our new home. Thankyou to Ashley, Michelle, and staff at Gosport.

GoogleWe bought a property through the above recently and received a good service - we have no complaints at all. Queries were dealt with professionally and efficiently efficiently and the sale went through really quickly. They recommended brilliant local companies to use too. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleMatt and Michelle were absolutely brilliant in assisting the sale of our house. From meeting Matt and seeing the beautiful pictures he took we knew we wouldn’t be waiting long to sell! It was so easy to speak to a member of staff when we needed to and Michelle was always answering emails very quickly and being there when we needed things chasing! Would definitely recommend, thank you again guys!

GoogleAfter trying to sell my house and having many buyers drop out at the very last minute, I decided to try Jeffries & Dibbens. From the very start they were professional, friendly and efficient. Within a matter of days my house was sold! The transaction was followed thoroughly by the team to conclusion. They also found me the perfect next home and helped me battle to buy that too. In short, I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleThe whole team at jefferies and dibbens gosport were incredible throughout the process of selling our flat and purchasing our new house matt visited us to value the flat and filled us with confidence from the start they found us a buyer quickly to ensure we could put an offer on the house we wanted and they also recommended financial advisers and a solictor both of whom did a fantastic job we were kept well informed throughout the whole process michelle was excellent contacting everyone in the chain regularly including solicitors to ensure everything stayed on track. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property

GoogleWe asked Jeffries & Dibbens to sell our flat maybe two years ago. At this time the market was volatile and we had pull out after pull out. It was a very stressful time. However, like the captain of a ship Ashley kept on course and we finally made it to port under his guidance, I must also congratulate his team, Michelle, Nichole and Dan, who did a sterling job. We completed on March 31st and are now in the process of buying our forever home by the New Forest. So I cannot praise them enough, well done chaps!!

GoogleIf you want the BEST estate agents or lettings then this is the one to pick! We went with them after tremendous issues with a previous agents of a big name and the difference was instantly noticeable! The professionalism, knowledge, reliability, no fluff, straight up honest advice is outstanding! Customer service - brilliant, no, excellent! Staff are friendly and approachable and go to extreme lengths to make sure you are supported all of the way & keep you completely up to date and in the loop! I cannot thank them nor rate them enough for all of the staffs help in our sale and moving on!

GoogleMy husband and I viewed a property from another branch of Jeffries and Dibbens and had our offer accepted - if we could get a buyer for our house within a week! Along came Matt and we had a buyer at the full asking price within days. Unfortunately, our buyer was with another estate agent and I understand that it was not until they switched to Jeffries and Dibbens, Gosport that they were able to complete their own sale to a different purchaser. The telephone was always answered when I rang, and Michelle or Ashley regularly called with updates. Michelle was tenacious - liaising with everyone in the chain and chasing solicitors when necessary. It took over eight months but with support from Jeffries and Dibbens the chain held firm. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleUnfortunately, I am very disappointed with a service they provided. On waiting to view a property this afternoon with a confirmation email we were let down. when calling the office to see if someone would be meeting us we were informed that we had called that morning to cancel the appointment. This is not the case we had not cancelled the appointment they just had no one to view the property with us and placed the blame on the client. It would have been better in to be honest with us and rearrange an appointment this would have been better for both parties. On a whole very disappointed with the service we received.
From Lettings Department - We are very sorry for the confusion that occurred on Saturday, unfortunately there were two appointments that had been booked in both with very similar sounding names, our weekend staff who took the call from the other tenants to cancel the appointment in error cancelled yours. This only became apparent when you contacted our office to advise no one was there to show you around, unfortunately at that time my collogue was then at another viewing. We are sorry you were not able to see the house later on that afternoon when we had availability, we wish you well in your search for a new home.

GoogleI am unfortuntely having to write this review because i feel like i have no choice. Recently myself and partner viewed a property with them which was infested with fleas. During the viewing my partner actually caught fleas crawling on him and showed the estate agent who was showing us around. The next day i had 38 fresh flea bites all over legs (we have photo evidence) from where they had crawled into my trousers resulting in having to get treatment from the pharmacy and having to pay to get our car treated for fleas. Jeffery and Dibbens apologised at first however over the phone they failed to accept responsibility and said they would not want any further involvement and for me to deal directly with the landlord of the property. When dealing with the landlord he told us that his dog has fleas and he did not know that the property was infested however the landlord is now stating that we are lying and acusing us of fraud. We find this insulting. This is an example of negligence from the landlord and estate agent as they did not do the relevant checks before inviting us in. During the viewing the estate agent stated that we was the first ones to view the downstairs property. However now they have stated that we was not the first ones to view the property and that people was in their a few days before with no issues. Looks like they are trying to cover their mistake. Avoid at all costs! They have caused stress, physical bites on my body as well financial burden all over a viewing. As a local to the area i will be telling people to also avoid and about our experience.
We were sorry to read your disappointing review posted on our Stubbington Jeffries & Dibbens estate agency office. We have of course looked into this and see that you are referring to a rented property in Stubbington, which is dealt with by our Lettings Headquarters staff in Fareham. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the property had a report of fleas, we would not let our valued clients or staff into a property that was infested, had we have known. We have been in contact with the applicant and the landlord to resolve this issue for both parties. Thank you, the Lettings team.

Despite issues with our buyer (not through J&D) they made efforts above and beyond our expectations, enabling us to keep the chain intact. We have had a testing time of it from when we first started viewing to collecting the keys and I have to say this team go above and beyond to help you in the buying process. We felt they really wanted to help compared to other agents out there, I wouldn't want to find a house with anyone else. If we sell in the future I know who to instruct! GoogleGreat experience with Jeffries and Dibbens in Waterlooville. From the first viewing of what has now become our house with the fabulous Claire, to picking up the keys from Rio, we were always treated brilliantly, got great support and never made us feel like we were anything other than important to them as clients. Rio and Gary really helped us get the sale over the line with the vendor and always kept us informed about progress. Nothing was ever too much trouble so would thoroughly recommend the team in Waterlooville. Thanks for everything 😊

GoogleJeffries sold my house. I had to reduce the price but they got a lot of people through the door viewing it and chased up for feedback and always informed me of it. The entire Havant team appeared very friendly, knowledgable and very professional. I would certainly recommend them.
