GoogleI had the horrible experience of dealing with Brenda. She was vile, rude and lied about the facts of GDPR law trying to get more data from me than needed. That’s not OK. I was firm and gave only what I knew she needed. She makes it impossible to book appointments. Told me I had a firm arrangement and of course cancelled on the day knowing I had travelled from London. She seemed to enjoy my inconvenience and the moment of small power achieved over another person. That’s not a trait any human should harbour. She is a genuinely nasty personality and enjoyed interrupting every sentence of mine mostly to tell me I was talking over her. We have all met this type of person but these Karens are making a tough time in life for us all, even worse. And they get pleasure from that. Brenda does NOT deserve a job when there are so many hard working and kind people seeking work who would be only too glad to be friendly and helpful. This reflects on this whole chain - admittedly only a dozen or so branches. But perhaps the most unpleasant estate agent to date. Claimed she is inundated with work and so didn’t have to make additional effort when I suggested some property networking events. Rudely said she was too busy and wouldn’t “go out touting for business”. I’d call it marketing and networking with developers - but on reflection no one should have this woman inflicted on their event. Nasty woman with an angry and mean spirited personality. Such a waste of a good job someone would love. Such a dreadful agency for permitting this aggression and dire rudeness. Zero stars if I could. Negative even.
We welcome constructive criticism, however in your case we can't understand your reaction to the fact we ask simple security questions. As discussed we completely understand and comply to our GDPR obligations.

GoogleWe sold through Jeffries over 12 years ago and decided to use them again this time round. Jeffies have been amazing from start to finish. No hassle, honest, reliable and professional. Everyone we spoke to have been great, especially Harry and Holly. They have always been on the end of the phone and shown professionalism throughout. Thankyou so much for helping us with our journey, it is very much appreciated and without you it would not have been possible ❤️

GoogleRecently sold my house through Jeffries, all the staff members I dealt with in the Portsmouth branch were very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make sure I got the best service. Adam always answered all of my questions and kept me updated all the way, and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! Will always use Jeffries in the future.

GoogleA mixture of feelings about this place, which have been resolved as they have a very good manager working there. They are just slow to assist when needed and don't always give you the correct information. They did however help us find a place to rent. They are better in oerson than over the phone.

My sale seemed to take forever, but Rob's expertise helped to make it go through smoothly and he kept me updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Jeffries are an excellent estate. GoogleI just went through both a purchase and a sale with Jeffries & Dibbens, the purchase through their Gosport office, and the sale through their Fareham office. Maybe I was just extremely unlucky and I appreciate other people's experiences have been satisfactory and positive, but that was certainly not the case for us. I'll keep it to pros/cons so people don't have 15 paragraphs to read. Pros - Olivia at the Fareham office was great in always trying to progress the whole chain forward. - Polite & professional. Cons - We were not asked if we had a property to sell on the initial viewing, so when an offer was placed and accepted, it was a surprise to people (including the sellers) that we could not complete quicker than intended. This left us in a place of uncertainty for weeks/months and we were given "grace periods" regularly. I don't really want to feel uncertain about a £400,000+ purchase, but that was the case throughout the entire process until around 10-12 days before exchange/completion. - Heard very little from the Gosport office throughout the sale, it was arranged that we would go through the Fareham office for everything since the Gosport office were… unequipped. - I was told that the property we were buying wasn't marked as sold yet as they "needed to order more signs". Except the sign was already up and it's just a tear off to show the "Sold" underneath.. - Told by Jeffries that they had physically seen the mortgage valuation at £2,500 cheaper and therefore the sellers were trying to renegotiate on an already agreed price. Came to light after another week that it wasn't a mortgage valuation, instead a retention. - Completion date was in doubt and unconfirmed right the way up until around 10 days before, leaving making arrangements. challenging. In my personal opinion and an honest review; lack of support (excluding Olivia), constant confusion and constant excuses.

GoogleThanks to the Fareham office for excellent service in selling a house for us. Will and Elliot gave good advice and helped a great deal with various queries and always followed up with answers. The office staff were helpful and reliable. I would particularly like to thank Elliot for the high standard of communication with us, our solicitor and the purchasing estate agent. This made the sale happen.

GoogleI would highly recommend Jeffries & Dibbens Waterlooville - TBH I really can't praise Team Jeffries in Waterlooville high enough!!!! I have had to sell my property in Waterlooville remotely from another country following the death of my partner. Selling a property is hard and stressful enough in “normal circumstances” however having been through hell and back and then having to sell the house and being unable to get back to the UK to sort this out could have been a nightmare! I had used Jeffries many years ago to rent out a property, so going to them was my first point of call, and glad I did!!!! All of the team have been kind, professional, supportive and bent over backwards to assist me in selling my property. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the team they have supported and advised me throughout the process, friendly and so helpful. From assisting to getting the property market ready following the tenant having to move out to helping me with finding a solicitor. They always kept me informed about progress, and their appointment notification, confirmation and feedback is excellent. I have been highly impressed with the excellent service throughout the whole process. My thanks go to all of the team there at Waterlooville, however Gary, Claire, Rio and Jessica were my main points of contact, Thank you ALL so very much for your for all your assistance. As you can see I’m very impressed and grateful and I thoroughly recommend them.
