GoogleThey would take 95% of your deposit after setting you up with 'inventory' scams throughout the the house and charge you for stupid reasons, the house is first set up to take your deposits, there are stupid paintings in every room if you taken them down or switch position with them, they will take your deposits away, there are many broken inventory left in the house, since they are broken they cannot be used and they will charge you because the top of the inventory items are 'dusty', they charge for mattress cleaning after finding a single hair piece on the mattress. The list goes on and on. -£2000

GoogleI would 100% recommend Jeffries in Havant if you are looking for an estate agents. The whole team, especially James and Rob went above and beyond for us throughout the very slow and stressful sale of our house. GoogleThe Stubbington team were very helpful when my sister and I sadly had to sell our late father’s house and childhood home from a distance. They gave us useful advice on how to prepare it for sale, recommended an excellent clearance company, conducted almost twenty viewings and found us buyers within a week of putting it on the market. They continued to chase everyone through the conveyancing process too. My only minor criticism was that the weekend team called up a couple of times seemingly unaware that the house was unoccupied and J&D had keys and permission to arrange viewings at any time at their convenience.

James was very attentive and supportive throughout the whole time, ensuring we were updated at every stage even when things were a bit quiet on viewings. Rob was also great at keeping me updated when James wasn’t available, which also makes it a positive experience knowing that the whole team are there to support with the sale of your property. I have found other agents aren’t great at providing regular updates, and this is where the team at Havant differ which is fantastic during a stressful time. Thank you James and the rest of the team!

GoogleJust completed a house purchase this Friday. I used J&D for the entire process. I am a FTB and had lots of questions about the process and they were super helpful. Holly was brilliant at keeping me informed of whats happening and liaising between me and the sellers. Hopefully I wont need an EA for several years but I would use them again!

GoogleI just went through both a purchase and a sale with Jeffries & Dibbens, the purchase through their Gosport office, and the sale through their Fareham office. Maybe I was just extremely unlucky and I appreciate other people's experiences have been satisfactory and positive, but that was certainly not the case for us. I'll keep it to pros/cons so people don't have 15 paragraphs to read. Pros - Olivia at the Fareham office was great in always trying to progress the whole chain forward. - Polite & professional. Cons - We were not asked if we had a property to sell on the initial viewing, so when an offer was placed and accepted, it was a surprise to people (including the sellers) that we could not complete quicker than intended. This left us in a place of uncertainty for weeks/months and we were given "grace periods" regularly. I don't really want to feel uncertain about a £400,000+ purchase, but that was the case throughout the entire process until around 10-12 days before exchange/completion. - Heard very little from the Gosport office throughout the sale, it was arranged that we would go through the Fareham office for everything since the Gosport office were… unequipped. - I was told that the property we were buying wasn't marked as sold yet as they "needed to order more signs". Except the sign was already up and it's just a tear off to show the "Sold" underneath.. - Told by Jeffries that they had physically seen the mortgage valuation at £2,500 cheaper and therefore the sellers were trying to renegotiate on an already agreed price. Came to light after another week that it wasn't a mortgage valuation, instead a retention. - Completion date was in doubt and unconfirmed right the way up until around 10 days before, leaving making arrangements. challenging. In my personal opinion and an honest review; lack of support (excluding Olivia), constant confusion and constant excuses.

GoogleBecky and her team were outstanding from start to finish. We inherited a property that needed to be cleared, cleaned, new carpets laid and numerous other details. Becky provided a first class customer experience, coordinating all these details - as we live in the USA! They guided us through the whole process and helped us achieve a realistic sale price and found us the perfect buyers. Far beyond my expectations and the solicitors that she recommended were brilliant too!

GoogleThis is the 5th time I’ve used Jeffries & Dibbens North End to move in the last 25yrs and 4th time buying with them. Although this was the first time for 12 years, they’re still as good as they’ve ever been. I cannot recommend them enough. Adam, Holly, Harry & Nicola were all brilliant and quick to respond to any enquiries and kept us updated throughout the process, pushing to complete the sale when others were dragging their heels. You only have to look in the area to see the amount of Jeffries sold boards to realise they’re a smart choice! Thanks again, if we ever move again you have my business.
