We sold our house in August 2024 and although they did sell it, we didn't get much back from them! I found I Had to keep asking for information, rather than Jeffries keeping us informed. When we did exchange and complete, not a single word from them until now when they have asked me to do a review! In contrast, the house we purchased which was with town and country contacted me every week. As soon as we exchanged, we were contacted by 4 members of their team to congratulate us with a card and a hamper! As I say, they did sell it, so I can't be too harsh but for the money they charge, I would of expected a bit more!

Thank you to Eddie for handling my sale, right from his first visit to my home he showed that he had knowledge of selling a park home on a site owned by the council. This was the clincher for me and resulted in a smooth sale.

We recently sold our house on Guildford Road with Jeffries and I would not hesitate to use them again. Exceptional service from start to finish from the whole team. I must say Harry especially was very efficient and friendly, and kept us up to date constantly throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough!

We have had a great experience selling our house through Jefferies Havant branch. From Olivia coming around for our initial evaluation and taking incredible pictures to James and Rob keeping us updated every single step of the way. They ensured that the chain progressed and kept in contact with solicitors and other estate agents in the chain giving us constant updates. Buying and selling a house is a stressful experience but the team did their absolute best to reduce our anxieties and stress. We are very grateful for the team at Jefferies Havant and can't thank them enough!

Had to sell my mums house to pay for her care costs, I dealt with Eddie from the outset, I had 3 different agents round and Eddie was by far the one that impressed me the most, he didn’t disappoint always there on the phone if I needed to speak to him, the whole process was effortless, definitely 100% use again if I needed an estate agent. I recently bought my first home with Jeffries and Dibbens, the whole team was amazing throughout the entire process. Eddie especially was fantastic, he was quick answering all of my emails, calls and any questions I had. It’s not a straightforward process by any means but it felt a lot less complicated with all their help. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone

Poor experience as a tenant. When I first moved into the property it had no fire alarm installed and with a persistent mouse problem. I had to buy my own batteries for the fire alarm and chase the landlord to sort the mouse problem out. Ending the tenancy early, I paid for the property to be re let and had an awful experience with Jeffries’ behaviour and my landlord.

Fionna has gone above and beyond helping me with my sale & making sure everything & everyone in my chain was kept up to date & also sorting issues out along the way. It hasn't been an easy past few months but without Fionnas help and support I don't think I'd have handled it all. So thank you Fionna, you have been totally amazing!!! Being FTB, the whole process could have been daunting, but Harry, Owen, Dylan and Holly did a fantastic job and made buying a house a pleasure. From the first viewing through to completion, we were in safe hands with great communication. Very helpful and took much of the stress away. Highly recommend.
