I am currently selling my flat through Jeffries Waterlooville and cannot recommend Rio enough. He is so professional but yet friendly and helpful. Always on hand to answer a question and replies so promptly and really goes the extra mile to put your mind at ease. I recently had some forms come through that I just really didn’t understand the terminology and don’t have anyone I can ask. Rio stayed on the phone with me the whole time I was completing them and just explained each point to ensure I got it right first time and didn’t seem to get annoyed or frustrated. He’s a real credit to the branch and I am so grateful for him. By far the best estate agent I have ever used and will always go back to him in the future if needed. Thank you for everything Rio!

I literally cannot fault the care and attention this agent gives you from coming out to discuss marketing right up until moving day. The whole team are professional, efficient and go the extra mile to make everything run as smoothly as possible. There were hick ups along the way with other agents and broken chains below but everyone at the stubbington branch supported us to get everything back on track as quickly as they could and we didn’t lose our forward chain. Brilliant agents! In the last year and a half they have sold 3 houses, two rentals and our main residence. Baring in mind these houses were also multi agency but J&D sold all of them. The staff are all extremely helpful, excellent communication both with updates and feedback, reliable and trustworthy. Theres nothing worse than being pestered and pressured like other agents, you will not get this here. I would always use them and highly recommend to others. Amazing from start to finish! After 4 months of no interest with our previous estate agent, switching to Jeffries & Dibbens Stubbington was the best decision we made. Within just 5 weeks, our property was sold. Every member of staff was fantastic from that very first contact right through to the viewings, but what really set them apart was how genuinely invested they were in selling our home, not simply showing it. In our experience, it's common for a Director or Branch Manager to be present at the initial meeting and then step back, but not here. James remained involved and engaged from start to finish, which made a huge difference. Once the chain was complete, we were introduced to their Move Manager, who was absolutely brilliant. She kept communication flowing seamlessly between everyone in the chain and all the solicitors involved, ensuring everything stayed on track and moving forward. We honestly cannot recommend Jeffries & Dibbens Stubbington highly enough, a truly outstanding team who go above and beyond at every stage.
