GoogleAbsolutely faultless throughout the process of selling our house. There was a slight hiccup with uploading our photos at the start, due to an issue with the photographers SD card, but Jan Forster and the photographer when above and beyond to rectify this.
Their attention to detail taking the photos, videos and write up of our house was second to none, essentially selling our house within 48hours of going on the market. First impressions really count when selling a house, and they obviously did a sterling job!
Their communication was excellent between buyer and seller, and they were always at the other end of the phone to provide advice where needed.
They don't over value properties to get new customers like some estate agents do, their valuation was bang on the money. I couldn't recommend them enough!

GoogleWhat a waste of time! Viewed a house. No response to my questions post visit, just a very abrupt are you putting an offer in? Felt like I was dealing with an auction house. Ended up buying a property from another estate agent in the end. Would not want to deal with them again because of the manner in which they handled the process of bidding and communication. Could also do with reading their emails before they send them and check the use of exclamation marks and text speak in what are supposed to be professional communications. Not sure if emails are the right way to tell people their offer has not been accepted. Would a two minute phone have lead to a collapse in the housing market? Just read your response and I am very sad that the response below (suggests) that I was perhaps sore that my offer was not accepted. A cheap shot, which to me, further supports my comments. My comments all along have relayed to the poor communication and the impersonal service I received from you. If I had purchased the house my response would have been the same. You're missing the point of the constructive comments. The emails you cannot find, I am sure I can reclaim from my deleted items for you. Just ask. And maybe you can answer the questions I asked of you in the first instance and you have completely ignored and continue to do so.As stated in my personal email to you (which you requested), I delayed in responding as my medical profession takes a lot of my time and I travel out of the UK. The locations I travel to do not have open modern communications and use of mobiles, etc is often limited for security considerations . In fact, it was google, that kindly reminded me that I owed you a review. My comments are my narrative of my experience and at 50+ years of age I am not given to fiction. I hope others have a better customer experience than I had with your company. I hope you start actually listening to feedback and stop misrepresenting your customers ( because that is what I was).What a poor show. Have a good look at how you treat people. The market never stays in bloom forever. Buyers will be important once more and they will remember. Feel free to say you cannot find my emails but please explain when and where to use an exclamation mark and text speak to your staff. Such a shameful way to treat people. Never again. Hopeless. Utterly hopeless. Arrogant beyond words. Diabolical. Stay clear. They are terrible. Honestly lost for words as to how poor they are. Wonder how they are managing now? Still running unofficial closed bid auctions?
Well the market cools. Time to chase the buyer…..always a cycle!! Useless. Look elsewhere.

We do make sure we take the time to answer any queries properly. We do know you were keen to secure a property and we are sorry that the owner accepted a different offer. The manager did email you specifically to let you know as you had been communicating via email. You did respond to her email which led her to believe that you were fine with the situation. We are sorry that you weren’t and if we had known of your concerns at the time in July then we would have changed things then. We are pleased you have now got property and appreciate the feedback.
