GoogleAlways easy to contact and quick to respond when required, by far the most knowledge of the local property market in my opinion.

GoogleI’d like to thank the staff at Jan Forster for their professionalism and perseverance to ensure we got the sale. Special thanks to our contact Lauren who made sure everyone was happy with the sale.

GoogleWe've just finished purchasing our first home through Jan Forster Estates. Having made the mistake of employing a dreadful solicitors firm, the process was a long, and stressful process. Throughout, however, Jan Forster remained in close contact with us, were professional, and provided us with the reassurance we definitely started to need! I'd definitely recommend Jan Forster, especially for their ability to manage us at crisis point!

GoogleGot a great team working on selling my house which was sold within 5days of putting it on the market. Always available at the end of the phone to answer any quires I had.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA sound knowledge of the local market with a good value package offered for managing the sale. The proposed sale price was realistic and the photos produced put the property in a good light. The enquires from potential buyers were handled efficiently with an effective online booking system for viewings. Following an agreement on the sale, Lindsey took control of the process and was diligent, responsive and persistent in keeping the deal alive, bringing it to fruition under very difficult COVID conditions.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMoving house is stressful at the best of times and with my sale/purchase, as with many, had a few to many difficult obstacles to overcome but I couldn’t of asked for more having Lindsey Scott on the end of the phone. Lindsey treated the purchase as it was her own and worked tirelessly to get all issues resolved and communicated every step of the way. She went above and beyond daily and can’t thank her enough. A real asset to the company! Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI don't know where to begin. I cannot fault the staff at Jan Forster, from the first moment I stepped through their door they were absolutely amazing. The agents helped me with arranging the viewings when I went in on new years day for when they were properly open again, another agent doing my viewings, not once but twice so I could make sure I was making the right choice and didn't bat an eyelid. To another agent helping when my first agent was off work to the accounts department getting paperwork done in record time. From the moment I said yes they answered every email, phone call, and went above and beyond to get me into the flat within two weeks so my partner could move cross country and start his new job in time, with one day to spare!! Due to their being a major time limit on this move I was on at them everyday sometimes multiple times in a day and not once did they falter with a smile on their faces always. Professional, helpful, friendly, going the extra mile and just absolutely amazing. I will definitely use Jan Forster again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home. Thank you to your amazing team! We did it because you made it possible. Samantha and AngusPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
