I have just completed the sale of my property today. I am very satisfied with the services provided. Agent was able to view the property promptly and pictures were advertised immediately. 11 viewings were arranged promptly and I received multiple offers and sold on the first day of viewings. I was kept informed of all key stages and staff worked promptly at resolving any issues that arose. I found this agency to be just perfect and can't thank them enough, with special thanks to Jared. Will use again when searching for my next property.

We chose Jan Forster in High Heaton on the recommendation of a friend and have not been disappointed with the excellent service from valuation to completion. They weren't the cheapest quote but worth the extra as we were kept up to date every step of the way during a stressful time. Thanks to Lauren and her team for the help we received!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Jan Forster were great from start to finish, with no issues in between. In particular I’d like to thank our agent Lindsey, for being very proactive, especially when it seemed like communication from either side had slowed down. Had it not been for this, it probably would have been quite a bit longer before we actually managed to move in!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We were quite awkward clients for Lucy at Jan Forster and she was patient and always helpful. She really understood exactly what we wanted and made a real effort to help us find it. Once it came to progressing the sale and logistics the team were very responsive and it all went well.

Unfortunately our sale was made more difficult with COVID restrictions, however Jan Forster was with us all the way. They went above and beyond to keep us updated on our buyers progress, speak to the rest of the chain and were always available to answer any queries or concerns. Their friendly, professional and approachable service added the human touch which was very much appreciated in such uncertain times.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

From start to finish Jan Forster could not have been any better. Absolutely fantastic service. The valuation was spot on and the way the house was presented when advertised was exceptional. Our sale was quite a complicated one and this was made so much easier by the staff at Jan Forster especially Lindsey Scott who went above and beyond to help us finally exchange and complete. If we ever move house again we will definitely be using Jan Forster.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
