GoogleOur assigned estate agent who was dealing with the purchase of a property left and nobody told us, I found out from an automatic reply via email saying she had left the company. From there we didn't have a specific estate agent we dealt with so we had no real point of contact - we had to chase most days but had rude responses such as 'are you aware the offer was accepted 5 months ago' yes I am very aware as I am the one living out of boxes waiting for my sale to complete

As you may be aware we have no direct influence in the conveyancing process or the mortgage lending process. My main contact Lauren Vinton was faultless and never once did I have to chase, nothing was too much trouble and I can only conclude she is a true credit to the professionalism this company portrays. Highly recommend

GoogleWhile the sale of our house wasn't straight forward the staff at Jan Forster's went over and above repeatedly to ensure the process went as smoothly and as fast as possible. Communication was exceptional and the friendly, personal and supportive tone of the staff, particularly our lead member Lauren Vincent, meant that we always felt in safe hands. I would recommend this company and this branch to everyone.

Isabella always polite when I rang to speak to one of the team and nothing was to much trouble .I was so lucky to start the journey of buying a new house, to be shown around my potential new home by Karen , from that moment this understanding lady helped me get through what is a very stressful time , I carnt thank her enough. GoogleI would unreservedly recommend this business to anyone looking for a lettings company that will genuinely try to help you find a property in what can be a very stressful and trying experience. They gave excellent advice regarding good locations and spent a lot of time and effort listening to our requirements. They found us a perfect property match. When we are looking to buy in the area we will use them again. Three cheers for `Bella` and the Queen of Lettings !!!!

From the first appointment to completion they never dropped the ball in the sale of my second home. I will be using them again in the near future as I intend to relocate my primary home too.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Jan Forsters Low Fell branch throughout the process of our house sale from start to finish. All our enquiries and concerns were dealt with quickly and phone calls always answered immediately or calls quickly returned which eased any stress associated with the process. We felt the service was personal and Karen Dowdell was especially helpful often going way beyond normal expectations with help and advice. I would recommend Jan Forsters without hesitation.

GoogleExcellent, professional and friendly service. I have used Jan Forster(LowFell branch) for both purchasing and renting/tenant finding. Most recently Isabella assisted myself in finding a tenant for my property. I received a first class service from her and the other staff in the office. This included keeping me informed with viewings, tenant info and progress reports. I look forward to working with you again in the future and would recommend to others.
