I dealt with Chris, Sam and Victoria through the sale and found them all to be extremely friendly and professional. Chris and Sam were great at talking me through the sales process and letting me know what was going on while the house was on the market. Victoria was extremely attentive, keeping me up to date with our sale as it progressed. I never felt I had to chase for information. As it was the first time we’ve sold a house, I had lots of questions and worries. Every time they were patient and answered anything in a matter of hours. I’d recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with James Winn, Northallerton Office, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. From the valuation with Chris, everything was just seamless. Victoria, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I felt like Victoria had me on speed dial because we spoke that much, but she took away a lot of stress by being so accessible and helpful throughout the entire process. One thing that really impressed me was their commitment to communication. Whenever I called, I could always count on a prompt callback. Even when Victoria wasn't available, Chris and Sam in the Northallerton office were more than willing to pass on my messages, demonstrating their dedication to excellent customer service. I had a handful of viewings with Sam, and he was friendly, professional, and patient! The entire team at James Winn, Northallerton, is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and courteous. They were open and transparent throughout, which made the whole experience much more pleasant. While I hope not to move anytime soon, I can confidently say that I would choose James Winn, Northallerton, again and again if the need arises. GoogleAlthough I haven’t purchased a property through James Winn they were very helpful while I was screeching to find my dream home. From the minute I walked into the office until I found my new home. They emailed me when suitable properties came on the market and when I did view a property with them they were professional, polite and friendly. Always keeping us up to date with what was available. I would definitely use them to sell my house.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and courteous. Our chain had some unforseen challenges however Amanda did a fantastic job of helping us navigate these and I don't think we'd have completed without her tenacity and willingness to help. If only solicitors would show the same level of commitment and professionalism 😁

GoogleThis agent & agency are by far and above the best agency we have had dealings with We are on the hunt for our next home - not an easy time to do that with the market as it is We not only receive updates to the new properties added to the market, but we also get an amazingly quick response when we wish to view, and a follow up call - unheard of from other agencies I sincerely hope the property we eventually settle on can be with Winns - they deserve the fee for such fabulous customer service

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience with James Winn in every aspect. From day one the presentation of the property was brilliant including a video tour, accurate descriptions and realistic clear photos of the property. All of our concerns and queries where resolved immediately either by email or phone with excellent customer service. We had a great experience with Francesca who was available to support us our queries and supporting us viewing the property. Big thank you to Amanda as well who has been amazing and really supportive during the purchase process with getting back to our queries and reaching out to the vendors and solicitors. Overall an extremely professional experience and could not recommend more!
