GoogleI’ve had my faith in estate agents restored. Very much appreciated the speedy, candid and supportive approach of Wayne, who came to value our property having done his research. Formalities were quick, photos great and, most importantly, communication was really good throughout the whole process. We’ve bought and sold through Wayne and he’s managed expectations exceptionally well at what is widely recognised as a very stressful time. Holly also deserves a big thank you for her patience at answering relentless questions. We’ve since recommended James Winn to friends and they’re currently having a similar experience and are very happy.

GoogleAll I can say is that all staff at the Northallerton branch provided a wonderful service, but I'd probably have to single out Victoria for a special mention. It was a long drawn out process, but with no fault to Winn's in that, and they always delivered a professional service keeping us well informed at all times. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleDespite not being the client of James Winn, we were buying a property through them, James Winn and Victoria in particular were super. Victoria helped us chase up solicitors and liaised between ourselves and the seller so we were all kept in the picture at all times. We had a very difficult completion day and at one point it looked as though the completion wasn’t going to happen but Victoria chased and emailed and called solicitors and finally at 4:30pm after a lot of very stressful calls we managed to complete. Well done and huge thanks Victoria you are an asset to James Winn.

GoogleFirstly a big thank you to James Winn and the whole team at the Northallerton Branch that's Chris, Sam and Victoria for the wonderful service you have provided in selling our property. The whole process was made seamless and smooth right from putting the board up outside the property to chasing solicitors and from punctual viewing appointments to photographs and advertising this was all done expertly. If I could give a particular mention to Victoria who was particularly communicative. No stone was left unturned and no detail was missed. All parties involved knew exactly where they stood in relation to proceedings at all times. Any queries I had Victoria was able to answer or advise very professionally all with a pleasant manner and that means an awful lot in this day and age. I gave 5 stars as I cannot find a fault with the service so congratulations team James Winn and keep the great work up you guys excel in all that you do.

GoogleAlthough my purchase wasn't the smoothest, I have to say Victoria was the main reason why it finally happened. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to pick up the gloves when she gets in the ring with solicitors. There were bumps on the road before I got the flat that I was intended to buy, but she was always there to make the ride comfortable. Gone over and beyond to get everything sorted. Trustworthy, kind and honest. Also I would like to mention Sam, who is professional and was always hepful.

GoogleWe have had a smooth and positive journey purchasing our new home through James Winn. We are also super impressed by Jody who had only worked at James Winn for 2 weeks at the time. Jody was super efficient, friendly and welcoming!! Victoria has also been great and is clearly experienced and super knowledgable. The team have gone above and beyond to make this an amazing experience.
