GoogleWe recently completed a house move through James Winn, and I honestly can’t praise the team highly enough. Our sale and purchase involved a particularly difficult chain, which at times could have been quite stressful. However, throughout the entire process, the staff at James Winn were fantastic. They kept us informed every step of the way, regularly providing updates and ensuring we always knew what was happening. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, the team was approachable, professional and quick to help. Their communication was excellent, and they worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and everyone updated. Buying and selling property can be challenging, but having a proactive and supportive estate agent makes all the difference. We are very grateful for all the help and dedication shown by the James Winn team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

GoogleWe used James Winn to purchase a property and the service was generally quite poor. Communication is very weak, and despite several calls, call backs to answer any queries were very infrequent. The team seemed very unorganised with little handover. The sales negotiator only worked part time, which does not work when purchasing a house when questions can crop up at any time, especially if handover is lacking. The day we were completing communication with us was very poor. Leaving us confused as to what was going on, and when to pick the keys up. Very little support, and no one actually checked to see if we received the keys after getting them from the vendor. I have not heard from James Winn since. Unfortunately I will not be recommending James Winn to any friends, colleagues or family due to the poor service.

GoogleContacted about viewing if we can attend next day on specific time , I replied 2min after and no contact no confirmation etc . Very Unprofessional and we will be not attending anymore and do not wish to have any more business with them .

GoogleOriginally I put the house o the market with a different estste age t. Thi didnt work out and I moved to James Winn. Although it took time I had excellent service with options for selling. Everyone was helpful and all the worry taken from me. Would defiitely recommend.

GoogleOutstanding Service from Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents in Northallerton. She is an absolute credit to the company and exemplifies what outstanding customer service truly means. When disaster struck on Christmas Eve at 10:30pm, our boiler catastrophically failed and began leaking through the kitchen ceiling, Maddie's response was nothing short of remarkable. Despite being at home with her family on Christmas Eve, she immediately replied to my email and personally called to discuss the emergency. Understanding the urgency and potential for serious property damage, she went above and beyond by attending the property with her partner that very evening to stop the leak. Within just three days, we had a brand new boiler fully installed, an incredibly swift turnaround, especially considering the timing over the Christmas period. Having lived at this property for over eight years, I can honestly say I've never experienced such rapid, efficient, and genuinely caring service for a repair issue. Maddie's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile during what should have been her personal time has left a lasting impression on both my fiancée and myself. We are immensely grateful to Maddie and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true asset to James Wynn Estate Agents.

GoogleI purchased a property recently through James Winn in Northallerton. The service I received was first class. Any query I had was resolved promptly and communication was very good. The ladies in the office really do go the extra mile to make you feel reassured and are keen to address any concerns you may have.

GoogleStart to finish; stress free and fast! From arranging the appraisal at short notice, to the heartfelt chat about the essence of the property and then the steps to completion within 12 weeks, this has been a great experience. The suggested price was on the nail and we received a full offer on listing day that subsequently became the sale.

GoogleFrom my 1st enquiry, James Winn have been fantastic. Wayne carried out the initial valuation and also came to take the images of my property for sale. Once my property was under offer, I dealt with Holly and Sam, who both were patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Any enquiry I’ve had, was dealt with promptly and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

GoogleI was very happy with my experience of James Winn Estate Agents Northallerton. From the start of the process to the end, they were very polite and professional. They did everything in a timely manner and kept me up to date throughout the process. Whenever I had an issue or query, they would address it within a day. Would recommend to others and would definitely use again.
