GoogleWe recently purchased a property being sold through James Winn Northallerton, from the first viewing with Jody to completion and even after completion we found them to be very helpful, friendly, and professional. Much more so than the estate agent that we sold our previous property through and had to pay ! Victoria regularly kept in touch with us throughout the whole process with updates and advice that was informative and useful. So much so that when the time comes to selling we would have no hesitation in using their service. They did a great job for their client selling the property we purchased.

GoogleSold many houses over the last 50 years and have to say that during the recent sale Winn Estate Agents Northallerton come out on top as the best agent we have encountered. Victoria provided exceptional service pushing the right buttons with the various intermediaries when required and always providing punctual and valuable feedback on as matters progressed. She was competently backed up by Jodi or Sam when Victoria wasn't available, demonstrating that the staff at this branch worked very effectively as a team with everyone being up to date with our file whenever we phoned. Our sale was part of a very complicated chain of transactions and I have no doubt the Agency's performance throughout contributed to the successful outcome. Would recommend this Agent to anyone selling a property in the Northallerton area.

They provided such a high-quality all-round service that we have not previously received from other estate agents. Jodie supported us massively during the initial stages of our property search and purchase. Victoria continued to maintain excellent customer service, always answering enquiries in a friendly and time efficient manner. The team were very knowledgeable and pushed the progress of our purchase by chasing other stakeholders, despite us not paying for their services. If it weren’t for Victoria and the team at Northallerton, we can guarantee that the whole process would have not run as smoothly as it did and would have been far more delayed. We have strongly recommended James Winn to our family and friends and, should we ever require an estate agent in the future, we would not hesitate to choose James Winn.

GoogleWe recently completed a house move through James Winn, and I honestly can’t praise the team highly enough. Our sale and purchase involved a particularly difficult chain, which at times could have been quite stressful. However, throughout the entire process, the staff at James Winn were fantastic. They kept us informed every step of the way, regularly providing updates and ensuring we always knew what was happening. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, the team was approachable, professional and quick to help. Their communication was excellent, and they worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and everyone updated. Buying and selling property can be challenging, but having a proactive and supportive estate agent makes all the difference. We are very grateful for all the help and dedication shown by the James Winn team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

GoogleI can highly recommend James Winn in Northallerton. We sold our house recently and from start to finish we were well looked after. Victoria kept me updated on progress and answered questions promptly. Sam was very helpful at the valuation and prepared a comprehensive advert. I also spoke to Jodie who was very helpful. Won't be moving again in a hurry but would turn to James Winn if I did.

From arranging the appraisal at short notice, to the heartfelt chat about the essence of the property and then the steps to completion within 12 weeks, this has been a great experience. The suggested price was on the nail and we received a full offer on listing day that subsequently became the sale.

GoogleAlthough my purchase wasn't the smoothest, I have to say Victoria was the main reason why it finally happened. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to pick up the gloves when she gets in the ring with solicitors. There were bumps on the road before I got the flat that I was intended to buy, but she was always there to make the ride comfortable. Gone over and beyond to get everything sorted. Trustworthy, kind and honest. Also I would like to mention Sam, who is professional and was always hepful.

GoogleFirstly a big thank you to James Winn and the whole team at the Northallerton Branch that's Chris, Sam and Victoria for the wonderful service you have provided in selling our property. The whole process was made seamless and smooth right from putting the board up outside the property to chasing solicitors and from punctual viewing appointments to photographs and advertising this was all done expertly. If I could give a particular mention to Victoria who was particularly communicative. No stone was left unturned and no detail was missed. All parties involved knew exactly where they stood in relation to proceedings at all times. Any queries I had Victoria was able to answer or advise very professionally all with a pleasant manner and that means an awful lot in this day and age. I gave 5 stars as I cannot find a fault with the service so congratulations team James Winn and keep the great work up you guys excel in all that you do.

GoogleDespite not being the client of James Winn, we were buying a property through them, James Winn and Victoria in particular were super. Victoria helped us chase up solicitors and liaised between ourselves and the seller so we were all kept in the picture at all times. We had a very difficult completion day and at one point it looked as though the completion wasn’t going to happen but Victoria chased and emailed and called solicitors and finally at 4:30pm after a lot of very stressful calls we managed to complete. Well done and huge thanks Victoria you are an asset to James Winn.

GoogleAll I can say is that all staff at the Northallerton branch provided a wonderful service, but I'd probably have to single out Victoria for a special mention. It was a long drawn out process, but with no fault to Winn's in that, and they always delivered a professional service keeping us well informed at all times. GoogleI had the pleasure of working with James Winn, Northallerton Office, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. From the valuation with Chris, everything was just seamless. Victoria, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I felt like Victoria had me on speed dial because we spoke that much, but she took away a lot of stress by being so accessible and helpful throughout the entire process. One thing that really impressed me was their commitment to communication. Whenever I called, I could always count on a prompt callback. Even when Victoria wasn't available, Chris and Sam in the Northallerton office were more than willing to pass on my messages, demonstrating their dedication to excellent customer service. I had a handful of viewings with Sam, and he was friendly, professional, and patient! The entire team at James Winn, Northallerton, is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and courteous. They were open and transparent throughout, which made the whole experience much more pleasant. While I hope not to move anytime soon, I can confidently say that I would choose James Winn, Northallerton, again and again if the need arises. I dealt with Chris, Sam and Victoria through the sale and found them all to be extremely friendly and professional. Chris and Sam were great at talking me through the sales process and letting me know what was going on while the house was on the market. Victoria was extremely attentive, keeping me up to date with our sale as it progressed. I never felt I had to chase for information. As it was the first time we’ve sold a house, I had lots of questions and worries. Every time they were patient and answered anything in a matter of hours. I’d recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
