GoogleWe bought our first home through James Winn, they were very friendly and good at communication, explaining the processes and chasing up how the chain was progressing often at times when we were busy and not attendingto it from our side. Make sure you have all your deposit organised into a logical bank account that provides paper statements with your name on for the day you want to put an offer in which is required for James Winn to accept an offer, with online accounts this seemed more complicated than expected and we hadn't anticipated needing the paperwork that day.

GoogleWe are house hunting. Jodie Wilkinson from James Winn is a credit to the company. She was warm, made us feel comfortable in strangers houses and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the properties she showed us.Nothing was too much trouble for her and we appreciated it. We looked around seven houses in a day but Jodie really shone as the most skilled person doing the viewings. James Winn as a company are very responsive to us and act promptly arranging viewings. I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct them if I was selling in the area. Thank you

GoogleI can't praise the Northallerton branch enough. I wish that I had used them for my sale as well as purchasing through them. Unlike the estate agent that I used to sell my house the team were on the ball and kept in touch with updates and were very pro active. When I decide to sell the house that I purchased I won't use anyone else apart from them.
