GoogleFrom my 1st enquiry, James Winn have been fantastic. Wayne carried out the initial valuation and also came to take the images of my property for sale. Once my property was under offer, I dealt with Holly and Sam, who both were patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Any enquiry I’ve had, was dealt with promptly and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

GoogleI really felt Holly and Sam had our best interests at heart and were always invested in getting our sale over the finish line. They were able to settle my nerves and offer just the right amount of expert advice and support. GoogleWe used James Winn to purchase a property and the service was generally quite poor. Communication is very weak, and despite several calls, call backs to answer any queries were very infrequent. The team seemed very unorganised with little handover. The sales negotiator only worked part time, which does not work when purchasing a house when questions can crop up at any time, especially if handover is lacking. The day we were completing communication with us was very poor. Leaving us confused as to what was going on, and when to pick the keys up. Very little support, and no one actually checked to see if we received the keys after getting them from the vendor. I have not heard from James Winn since. Unfortunately I will not be recommending James Winn to any friends, colleagues or family due to the poor service.

GoogleI’ve had my faith in estate agents restored. Very much appreciated the speedy, candid and supportive approach of Wayne, who came to value our property having done his research. Formalities were quick, photos great and, most importantly, communication was really good throughout the whole process. We’ve bought and sold through Wayne and he’s managed expectations exceptionally well at what is widely recognised as a very stressful time. Holly also deserves a big thank you for her patience at answering relentless questions. We’ve since recommended James Winn to friends and they’re currently having a similar experience and are very happy.

GoogleToday we had a valuation done by Wayne from James Winn. He was very professional, friendly and provided us with a lot of useful information. Wayne also gave us different options and described how the best way to market our property. We are currently considering are options but we can't recommend Wayne enough, he will give you an honest valuation and answer any questions in detail.

Very attentive, great at keeping us up to date with the situation with the property, were happy to find things out for us when we had additional questions and generally made the progress really smooth. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience with James Winn in every aspect. From day one the presentation of the property was brilliant including a video tour, accurate descriptions and realistic clear photos of the property. All of our concerns and queries where resolved immediately either by email or phone with excellent customer service. We had a great experience with Francesca who was available to support us our queries and supporting us viewing the property. Big thank you to Amanda as well who has been amazing and really supportive during the purchase process with getting back to our queries and reaching out to the vendors and solicitors. Overall an extremely professional experience and could not recommend more!

GoogleWe have completed our sale today. It's been quite complicated ( not James Winn's fault I hasten to add). Victoria and her team have been amazing throughout, very supportive, very professional with great communication. When we encountered problems Victoria really pushed each side (solicitors and purchaser) to a resolution. Would highly recommend them

GoogleOriginally I put the house o the market with a different estste age t. Thi didnt work out and I moved to James Winn. Although it took time I had excellent service with options for selling. Everyone was helpful and all the worry taken from me. Would defiitely recommend.

Our vendor's solicitors were less than helpful, and in particular Amanda spent a lot of time chasing them. Whilst Amanda did most of the heavy lifting, when she wasn't there the other members of the team stepped in quickly and efficiently. Thanks Amanda and team. 😀😀
