GoogleAlthough I haven’t purchased a property through James Winn they were very helpful while I was screeching to find my dream home. From the minute I walked into the office until I found my new home. They emailed me when suitable properties came on the market and when I did view a property with them they were professional, polite and friendly. Always keeping us up to date with what was available. I would definitely use them to sell my house.

GoogleThis agent & agency are by far and above the best agency we have had dealings with We are on the hunt for our next home - not an easy time to do that with the market as it is We not only receive updates to the new properties added to the market, but we also get an amazingly quick response when we wish to view, and a follow up call - unheard of from other agencies I sincerely hope the property we eventually settle on can be with Winns - they deserve the fee for such fabulous customer service

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and courteous. Our chain had some unforseen challenges however Amanda did a fantastic job of helping us navigate these and I don't think we'd have completed without her tenacity and willingness to help. If only solicitors would show the same level of commitment and professionalism 😁

GoogleI have just bought my first property though James Winn and all the staff I have dealt with - Amanda, Francesca and Julie have been wonderful. When I was disappointed I didn’t manage to get my first property they had so many other suggestions to offer and I am now completing this Friday on a even better property and can’t wait. They have dealt with all my enquiries very quickly and been patient when I’ve been waiting for other processes to go through. I would happily use them again.

GoogleWe bought our house through James Winn a couple of years ago and they were so helpful and patient and professional. We decided that when the time came to sell the only estate agents in town to use was James Winn. They are truly professional, efficient and friendly. They sorted out all of the viewings but also made us aware when they would take place so we could leave them to it. The brochure created to sell the house was brilliant and made the house look absolutely beautiful. Our house sold in 2 weeks and I honestly think this was down to their professional input and ensuring that right buyers were found so that the whole process was smooth after the offer was accepted. I know next time we come to sell that we will be getting in touch with James Winn again as they never fail to do a brilliant job and are definitely value for money!

Googlewe purchased a new property in Thirsk in 2015 to add to the rental fleet having reviewed the agents operating locally we selected James Winn as our local agent to provide a fully managed letting service since assigning the account to James have met both James and most of the staff who are all extremely personable professional and passionate about what they do put simply an agent that you can trust to do the right thing for both me and importantly my tenant I have no reservation about recommending them
