We bought our house through James Winn a couple of years ago and they were so helpful and patient and professional. We decided that when the time came to sell the only estate agents in town to use was James Winn. They are truly professional, efficient and friendly. They sorted out all of the viewings but also made us aware when they would take place so we could leave them to it. The brochure created to sell the house was brilliant and made the house look absolutely beautiful. Our house sold in 2 weeks and I honestly think this was down to their professional input and ensuring that right buyers were found so that the whole process was smooth after the offer was accepted. I know next time we come to sell that we will be getting in touch with James Winn again as they never fail to do a brilliant job and are definitely value for money!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

James runs a local company. Whilst we'd sold our house in 7 days (subject to offer and then contract ) at higher than asking price, it was obvious that he'd priced our property too low. We took his services at a higher cost on the basis of them doing the viewings (we did all 14) and also their service keeping us up to date with the sale(for 6 plus weeks it was us chasing them for vital information such as our buyer’s obtaining a mortgage. After an open frank discussion where James assured me that they were doing the work and liason with buyers from then on communication improved and whilst our chain tetered Winn's kept pushing. I did ask for a credit for some of the above it wasn't forthcoming.
