She was warm, made us feel comfortable in strangers houses and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the properties she showed us.Nothing was too much trouble for her and we appreciated it. I can't praise the Northallerton branch enough. I wish that I had used them for my sale as well as purchasing through them. Unlike the estate agent that I used to sell my house the team were on the ball and kept in touch with updates and were very pro active.
