I recently used Jack Gardiner and his team at JA, Putney. I have dealt with many agents over the years but JA were amazing, we were able to view properties in the evening and Sunday after i finished work when every other agent in Putney is closed. My purchase proceeded very quickly with no issues, Jack and his team were in full communication all the way, even whilst i was away on holiday, they personally delivered documents to my lawyer to assist with the exchange, Nothing was too much effort, professional, friendly, very experienced and always there when i needed them. I run a local business in Putney, so i will be telling all of my customers to use you guys! If i could give 6 stars i would!! Thank you.

The whole east sheen sales team were excellent, the young girl Layla was extremely friendly with my children and gave them colouring books, made the whole experience manageable with my two children. Anthony was also extremely helpful and straight away had properties in mind for me. I would use their services again should I need to and would recommend them to others.

Thankyou so much to Charlie at James Anderson for his patience and advice over 9 months of searching for a property in the Barnes and Mortlake/East Sheen area. He was never pushy and always honest and friendly. I am so sorry that we ended up finding a property through a different agent, but I am certain Charlie will go on to great things in the world of Real Estate if that is his chosen path. A very professional and personal service with a friendly touch. I would recommend the hard working team without hesitation as I always felt in good hands and when things got a little wobbly for me this was managed in a calm and effective way. Even after completion they were always happy to help. My dog still insists on an almost daily visit ! I would not hesitate in using James Anderson again.
