I have recently rented a property and dealt with Georgia Freeman. From the moment I met Georgia, she was so friendly and lovely to deal with and incredibly understanding of what we were looking for. We had been looking for several months and met lots of agents along the way. Georgia was by far the best and went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. I couldn't recommend her enough and the agency is super professional and efficient. So glad we met Georgia and found our perfect family home.

I moved into my new home through James Anderson. The person I dealt with, Ms, Phoebe, was very helpful and explained patiently to all my queries. I had some issues in using the appliances on the day of moving in, and a person quickly turned up and helped in trouble-shooting though it wasn't part of their mandate. I was very happy with the overall experience of searching, negotiating and moving in, especially moving in newly to London from another country..

I highly recommend Phoebe from the Barnes Office in particular for her thoughtfulness and personalised approach to my search. I am severely disabled and have specific requirements. I registered with around 40 Letting Agents across South West London. After months of searching I was despondent and despairing I would ever find anything suitable. I spoke to Phoebe from Barnes about a property I had seen but sadly, that too was not suitable. My inbox continued to fill up with other agents sending me the “perfect” property which in fact never bore any resemblance to my specific requirements but no agents contacted me directly. A few weeks after speaking to Phoebe, she contacted me out of the blue to say she had just registered a property that might work for me. It did and I am moving in a couple of weeks. I am so impressed that Phoebe remembered me- I wasn’t just another name on the data base- and incredibly appreciative of her creative thinking in how this property would work for my disabled needs. Out of the 40 odd Agents I registered with, Phoebe is the only one who remembered my specific requirements and who contacted me directly to see if something could work. Phoebe Craig definitely went more than the extra mile and n finding me a property. I’m addition she has ensured the moving process is smooth and hassle free and is always smiling. Despite entering the market at the height of summer (low point for the property market), they were amazing at scheduling viewings and then advising us during the offer stage. I cannot rate them more highly. They are professional but personable and know their market extremely well. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell in Barnes and would use them again without a second thought should the need arise.

I recently used Jack Gardiner and his team at JA, Putney. I have dealt with many agents over the years but JA were amazing, we were able to view properties in the evening and Sunday after i finished work when every other agent in Putney is closed. My purchase proceeded very quickly with no issues, Jack and his team were in full communication all the way, even whilst i was away on holiday, they personally delivered documents to my lawyer to assist with the exchange, Nothing was too much effort, professional, friendly, very experienced and always there when i needed them. I run a local business in Putney, so i will be telling all of my customers to use you guys! If i could give 6 stars i would!! Thank you.

We can’t speak highly enough of the Putney James Anderson team. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and all went the extra mile for us to help us sell our Putney home. Jack gave his honest opinions about the market, a realistic pricing appraisal (we checked in with two other agents to benchmark and he was spot on), and the team were flexible and supportive in helping us have viewings and find our buyer. Our fifth viewing offered at the price we wanted. Once we’d accepted the offer Jack and Nick guided us through a more-complex-than-first-seemed chain. They actively followed up (chased!) other agents etc to ensure the deal did complete, despite the unexpected complications that popped up by others in the chain. The whole team were decent folk and we recommend them to all.
