Amazing service!

I have recently rented a property and dealt with Georgia Freeman. From the moment I met Georgia, she was so friendly and lovely to deal with and incredibly understanding of what we were looking for. We had been looking for several months and met lots of agents along the way. Georgia was by far the best and went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. Very helpful agency

I moved into my new home through James Anderson. The person I dealt with, Ms, Phoebe, was very helpful and explained patiently to all my queries. I had some issues in using the appliances on the day of moving in, and a person quickly turned up and helped in trouble-shooting though it wasn't part of their mandate. I highly recommend Phoebe from the Barnes Office in particular for her thoughtfulness and personalised approach to my search. I am severely disabled and have specific requirements. I registered with around 40 Letting Agents across South West London. After months of searching I was despondent and despairing I would ever find anything suitable. I spoke to Phoebe from Barnes about a property I had seen but sadly, that too was not suitable. My inbox continued to fill up with other agents sending me the “perfect” property which in fact never bore any resemblance to my specific requirements but no agents contacted me directly. A few weeks after speaking to Phoebe, she contacted me out of the blue to say she had just registered a property that might work for me. It did and I am moving in a couple of weeks. I am so impressed that Phoebe remembered me- I wasn’t just another name on the data base- and incredibly appreciative of her creative thinking in how this property would work for my disabled needs. Out of the 40 odd Agents I registered with, Phoebe is the only one who remembered my specific requirements and who contacted me directly to see if something could work. Jade has been fantastic helping us get set up as tenants in a flat in Putney, making the process easy to navigate right from the beginning. Leigh also provided me with additional help, going above and beyond to try and resolve problems I experienced with my previous letting agent. The team at James Anderson are fantastic. Moving house can be stressful but working with them has put everything at ease, it's especially helpful for them to be open until 9pm weeknights and over the weekend.

When we started our search for properties in Putney, James Anderson was the only agency that was able to show us properties within our search criteria from day one. Leigh Pay was very attentive to our requirements. Jade Moeller, the lettings negotiator, is impressive. She was very helpful and patient during the whole process. The agency did not take us to see properties that we would not want (which, unfortunately, can be quite common with other agencies), an extra care that we definitely appreciated. We found our new home a lot quicker than we were expecting and I am sure that is greatly because of Jade and Leigh great services.
