GoogleI reached out to Jackson-Stops to inquire about a property advertised to let, and had a wonderful experience with them. I spoke with Elisha and she was super friendly and helpful. We quickly settled on some good options and scheduled viewings.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Jackson Stops Richmond to secure a tenancy for myself. Both Tom and Jade and other staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient when it came to tasks to be done before move in. Having had many less than pleasant experiences with agents in London, this was a breath of fresh air!

GoogleThis company quickly found tenants. Great service, fast responces, friendly atmosphere in the office. After the first visit to the agency, I felt trust in them and even told my daughter about it. I have never experienced such trust in real estate agencies before, so I would highly recommend them even to my parents! Thank you Charlie!

GoogleI had a few show arounds with Noah and he was brilliant - really helpful and he made the process fun. We ended up taking a property elsewhere but I would recommend this company as they were never pushy but just seemed to want to find the right place for you.

GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Not only did they question the authenticity of my payslips although I had provided 6 months of payslips without any basis, but they also made unfounded remarks about my marriage because my husband apparently didn't seem too interested for them in the flat, they felt the need to say my marriage was fake for this reason. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any industry. I would strongly advise against using their services. I will also be making a formal complaint because I don't believe they have any right to accuse me of anything especially to question my marriage! Disgraceful behaviour.

GoogleWe recently purchased our new property from Jackson-Stops in Dorking liaising with their Senior Negotiator David Baillie. The team, and David in particular, were patient, professional and fast moving whilst negotiating and navigating through a their sale to us in a skittish and down turning market.

GoogleWe recently purchased our fist house through Jackson Stops and the whole team have been fantastic. Laura has been our main point of contact and extremely helpful throughout but anyone we’ve been in contact with has been excellent. Cannot recommend them enough!
