GoogleJackson stops were the estate agent for a house I was buying in Dorking. I could not have asked more of them. They were a fantastic help dealing with the other party, and helped smooth over all of the bumps that inevitably arise when transacting property. As a result the sale went through quickly and without issue. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe chose Jackson-Stops carefully, they had a better knowledge of local property and a realistic assessment of their values. The team have worked together seamlessly - everybody who answered the phone seems to knew exactly what was going on with our sale. Lucy was our day-to-day point of contact and was a delight to work with. Good humoured, positive, pro-active and, best of all, great at communicating: answering emails and calls promptly. Moving house can never be stress-free but the Jackson-Stops team took away as much of the stress as was possible.

They were knowledgeable about the property market in the region, and provided helpful advice on the local market and pricing our property appropriately, they were able to successfully market our property through their network and attract a high number of viewers which led to 6 formal offers. During that time the property market changed significantly, and the advice provide by Tom during negotiation was instrumental in reaching a successful sale. They were responsive and relationship oriented all the way through to completion, ultimately resulting in a positive outcome.

GoogleDavid, Lucy, Darrell and whole team involved in our recent sale fully exceeded our expectations. They were efficient, courteous and communicative throughout. Our property was unusual and therefore challenging in the difficult financial climate in which we had to sell.
