GooglePartner recently had her tenancy ended due to the landlord deciding to sell. Left the house in a very reasonable condition however trying to take 75% of her deposit back due to wear and tear marks e.g walls that have faded over time, 2 light bulbs missing, a kitchen work top that had allready blistered when she moved in and a toilet seat that has a little bit of move in it which occurred over time. Please stay well away if you are looking to rent a place they expect the room to be like a show room when you leave and they expect everything to be painted. Would not recommend these guys
