GoogleAwful housing association, their properties are cold damp and old, you spend fortunes keeping their properties warm. I viewed another property of incommunities and it was a slum, and they expected me to spend fortune doing it up. No wonder their ceo's are rich because incommunities tenants are maintaining their properties for them out of their own pockets. If you want to move from area you live in to a better area, they go to great lengths to stop you moving. They change your rent payment date without telling you and then accuse you of being behind with rent. Their staff are a disgrace and never admit their wrong. Awful housing association with poor quality properties and reputation to go with it.

GoogleI have reported about some dampness and moulds in my house. In September they sent some who sort of painted the areas that had moulds. Before even a month the moulds started again. I'm asthmatic and I don't close windows. Today I had someone coming to paint again and as I was waiting I went to check the door and I saw a card saying we couldn't get access to the property π. Mind you I have been waiting for ages for this appointment. I called straight away at the office to say the person never knocked on my door. I said it's 1215 the card is written 1211 I live in a tight street theres nowhere this person could have made it up the street. This lady said sorry there's nothing I can do and she said I should open windows and she booked me for another appointment. This is rude and sad I'm paying full rent I need advice on what to do please
