GoogleImpossible to reach, ineffective when you finally (after much hair-tearing and frantic wailing) manage to get in touch with them. Would not recommend for anyone.

GoogleTerrible drivers, see them talking on their mobiles while driving round, inconsiderate, not adhering to road rules. Unfortunately haven't managed to get a registration number yet

GoogleCalled for information about the resale of one of their shared ownership properties. They could'nt answer even one question about the terms and conditions of the Leasehold or the eligibility criteria, saying the existing leaseholder needs to deal with the questions. I doubt the existing leaseholder will.know all the ins and outs of the management of the shared ownership - poor service incommunitues! Quite frankly, it's put me off the property if that's the kind of shoddy interactions you would have to put up with as a leaseholder.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful service. Daughter recently moved into a property and has now discovered her drains are blocked. Response from shezad at repairs was " you should of reported it when you first moved in" "not our problem" "you deal with it" " wash your pots in the bath" very hygienic shezad!! Disgraceful!! If I could leave lower rating I would
