The whole team at IMove are fantastic. Professional, friendlyand honesty. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm not very comfortable with IT, in fact pretty illiterate tech wise - from day one the team have printed paperwork off for me, sent paperwork off to solicitors and assisted any way they could to help. When Jon first came to give an idea of the market price I immediately knew they were the company for us. He was helpful, honest in his opinions and easy to get on with. Subsequently he came and took brilliant photos and video which in turn led to many offers and agreed sale. The guys doing the viewings were great. Combined, this all led to many offers and no stress for me. In fact, total trust that we had chosen the right agents. A special mention for Megan has been absolutely incredible. She has worked tirelessly to get our exchange through today. She has, through the whole process, kept me updated on a weekly and more recently daily basis of where we are at. She took on more than she had to to make sure our sale/purchase reached this stage, which I don't think would have happened without her. The last week or so has been very stressful and frustrating for myself and, I'm sure, for Megan also. She has some days emailed and phoned me several times as things have been changing on an hourly basis and she has also been chasing other agents when this has been necessary. I came across iMove by accident, they just happened to show me the first house I looked at. I asked them to value mine and was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness so asked them to sell it. Despite being messed about by a couple of would be buyers, iMove were fantastic! Cheerful, professional, hard working and diligent. And most of all, communicative - the most important thing. They would call not just to give feedback from every viewer, but even to say they had called but couldn't get hold of a viewer! They eventually sold my house at the full asking price. Great job! An absolutely brilliant bunch who I couldn't recommend highly enough. If I have to go through the tortuous process of selling a property again, they will be my first and only port of call.
