GoogleNow I have experienced some really bad estate agents, but this estate agents has to be the absolute worst! The staff are condescending, arrogant and extremely unprofessional! Ignoring emails and work that needs done on the property, but call you up when the rent isn't in on time. Just goes to show that all they care about is money and not the residents nor their 'living' conditions! I asked to one member of staff (Ricky) if they would live there, when I was complaining about a horrid smell and fruit flies in the bathroom from where the toilet had been leaking, and their response was and I quote 'well I would not live in shared accomodation!' I was awfully disgusted by that response! I had to get the Environmental Health and Safety Services involved to finally get one of the many issues fixed (which still isn't completed) after waiting 4 MONTHS for this issue to be rectified! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I honestly cannot believe the level of disrespect! Elliott was the only decent member of staff there who has since left, to which I'm not surprised when he had to work with the likes of Ricky and also Gina who are both extremely rude over the phone, they both talk over me and don't actually care what I have to say! I have never in my life been spoken down to so much, and I just hope that no one else has to go through a similar experience like I have, hence me leaving this review!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleUsed iMove for a rental property. Everything was straightforward and communication was good. Had both an online and in person viewing which was useful as I had to travel some distance for the in person viewing. The agent met us at the office on Sunday so we could move in which was a big help. I would be happy to use them again.

GoogleiMove helped us move into a new rental property recently. The whole process was so pleasant and stress-free, I couldn't recommend them enough. From the point of putting in an offer to referencing and moving in - we were kept informed. Moving is stressful, and I'm so pleased we got to do it with iMove. They really do care about their tenants - we even got a welcome pack on the day of key collection, which was very thoughtful. Big big shout out to Narad who guided us through every step of the process and helped us secure our new home.
