FacebookI have just bought a property through iMove and would highly recommend them. Megan in particular has been fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, diligent, regularly sending updates, always looking for solutions to problems - the most proactive person I've ever met! She has literally kept me sane over the last few months. If I were ever to move again, I would use their services without hesitation.

GoogleForget about your preconceptions of Estate Agents, these guys break the mould. Professional, genuinely friendly, helpful and a shoulder to cry on when things aren't going as planned. Steve and his team went above and beyond what was required during a long, protracted and painful sale and purchase (7 months). If it wasn't for them, I suspect things would have taken far longer. They were in constant contact with all parties in the chain, relaying information as it became available, calling when they said they would and doing everything they could to expediate the process. Such a shame the agents for the purchase, Simple Small, weren't half as good. GoogleWe booked a valuation & viewing with Imove. Steve was very prompt in replying to all messages. Agreed to sell our property. We debated the price after speaking to two other local agents and he agreed to increase it by 15k but told me not to start the figure with a 3. An employee of imove asked if their parents could view before it went to the market. We chose to go with another estate agent who advertised our property for £40,000 more than Imove wanted to list the property for. To no surprise the employees parents no longer wanted to view the house as they couldn’t afford a figure beginning with a 3, when we offered them to view it with the new estate agent. End story we got £45,000 more with another agent. In regards to the reply I would just like to add I was not advised by yourselves to get any further valuations. This was done off my own back and both estate agents were alarmed by the valuation provided by imoves director and the conflict of interest in a potential buyer.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe have recently sold our property through iMove and they were absolutely fantasic. I have bought and sold quite a few houses over the years, but this was the most stress free one I have ever had. Megan in particular kept us up to date throughout the whole process and even arranged for the EPC on the house we were purchasing privately. I can honestly say that I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of buying/selling and would like to say a massive thank you for everything that you did.

Buying your first home is always stressful, in our transaction, there has been some ups and downs, but they've been managed faultless by Megan, I have never seen in my life someone so dedicated, passionated and responsible for his actions and looking after their clientsinterests. GoogleAlthough I am not a direct client, I was part of a chain that included iMove estate agents and they were all so helpful, but particularly the sales progressor Megan, who kept the chain informed and went above and beyond to keep everyone in the loop and held accountable! They made everything so much easier and less stressful for purchasing our first home. I cannot recommend them highly enough and we will certainly be using them as our estate agent should the time ever come!

GoogleIncredibly good service from Megan and Liam on the sales side of things and then from a Steven on the lettings team. They charge a down to earth realistic price, give full feedback at every event, and drive things to a conclusion. With a difficult sale I actually said to Megan that she was pushing this more than I would have! Steven sorted our rental, happily sorted pre tenancy maintenance and got the job done. Can’t praise these guys highly enough

GoogleI found the details accurate, easy reading and visually excellent. The videos were a cut above the rest which really aided us in moving forward with a viewing. The staff team were polite and informative and always got back when questions were asked, without the overselling. I believe iMove Estate Agents are absolutely the market leader with a very comprehensive estate agent package, whom in future I would highly recommend to anyone.

Googleimove have been absolutely fantastic! We liked how Elle and Courtenay let us look around the property and gave us time to ask questions rather than be bombarded with too much information all at once unlike some estate agents we had dealt with.
